I’ve been struggling with my hair growth journey too and I really notice the difference collagen has made over the past couple months taking it consistently. My tip for the collagen because it is GROSS and doesn’t mix well is to mix it in with your yogurt! You can’t taste it at all in the yogurt and it mixes so well.

wait I always feel like when I wash my fruits immediately, they go bad so fast. Like I literally swear on leaving my blueberries in their package and wash them as I eat them and they last forever.

Food science + nutrition graduate here, actually washing your fruit causes it to go bad quicker than just leaving it as is and just washing what you need/want. You're washing their protective layer off which is one reason they do so. Most berries especially strawberries is a testament to this. Now of course fuit is gonna last super long anyways unless you freeze it. but just a little FYI :))

Another thing, vitamin d itself is a fat soluble vitamin. You said it's only soluble when taken with a fat source. The absorption however is better when taken with some fats. But as long as you get some dietary fats in your diet, it will do its job.
Thanks again for your input! I personally do not have fats in my last meal of the day hence why I take it with a fish oil
