I looked up several recipes to make these, all looked delicious, but your's seemed the easiest. I made these today and they were soooo good, thank you.👍
10 STARS! So glad I found your channel -- these are the fritters I ate as a child and I have been searching for this method/recipe for months. Thank you, Deronda!
jacklyn I just made a batch and although they turned out pretty good, they just needed MORE CINNAMON! Next time I will add MORE cinnamon and also add some more to the apples. But then again...I love to taste the CINNAMON. 😉
If you can, pick your own apples to do this beforehand. Granny Smith picked ripe from the tree is recognizable yet fully more interesting to eat & cook with. There are so many other apples that would reward your efforts also: Maiden Blush, Empire, Northern Spy, Smokehouse, Winesap, Rhode Island Greening, GoldRush, Rambour Franc - lots of possibilities!
So true...Poot!! These APPLE FRITTERS are BEST with freshly grated nutmeg!! Although, ground nutmeg will do!! ENJOY your way, always, my friend!! -Deronda :)
Love love your recipe's made a few of your delicious recipes and they've never failed..can I please get the recipe for these? I would love to make these for my family and i😁😁

Video says 1/3 c milk, and the ingredients below it says 2/3 c milk. Darn!! How quick can you get back to me?? I'm standing right in the middle of my kitchen with everything measured and ready to be put together and now I wait............
I think she just misspoke when she added the milk to the batter because when she was saying what the ingredients are at the start of the video, she said 2/3 cup milk. :)
@@jackieperkins691 Thanks.. I did re watch the vid and heard her say that, but I wasn't sure which amount was incorrect. So I just middeled it as everything was already mixed. Lol But they turned out pretty good. Thanks again for your help.. 😚
@@vegasjill21 I made a variation of these, today. One thing I did different was to saute' the apple chunks in butter and a couple tbsp. sugar for about five min. and letting the cool before adding to the batter. They turned out pretty decent except that they could have been cooked a little longer.

Hello 😀 does it have to be vegetable oil?
These look amazing.. Oh no, don't have apple butter.
I don’t like cutting around the apple core Instead I just cut the whole apple and just cut out the seeds and stem and bottom
CAN I USE LEMON JUICE INSTEAD?
Those look D-I-V-I-N-E!!! Yummy! I have gained 20lbs just watching your videos. Lol :))
Has anyone tried this in the airfrier?
