Your yoga sessions are badass, I come back to them even if I prefer other types of fitness over yoga. It’s the challenging aspect that cultivates strength combined with the calming effect and the clear instructions.
I always doubt my ability to jump back into vinyasa from crow... the quick pace of this session kept me from thinking about it and I was able to do it! Loved this practice.

The brain push up sets my tone to predict but have also this settledness to what may come up is so relevant in my day. The practices are so delightful. Even the ones I’ve done way more than once, always offering myself sometime different. Your wonderful in your ways, thought provoking and bring so much to each practice. Always grateful to have your practices to dive into. Thank you
just a question of breath at the end : do we inhale through the nose, fill in the lungs first, then the belly,and when we exhale we empty the belly, then chest and out of the nose ?
work on breathing at at a controllable depth, find a space that is consistent and mostly controllable, let the exhales be slightly longer than the inhales to bring a sense of calm to your practice!

It was kinda hard to keep the form transitioning from high to low boat so fast, but apart from that, I enjoyed every second!
