    I’m glad I started watching you yt Love your channel man you’ve been showing everyone this 2k ain’t trash it’s the community nobody knows how to use pro play or it’s actually mechanics without L2 cancelling or dribble cheesing

      Appreciate you bro!!! This is my favorite 2K since 11, it's really incredible how they cooked with the mechanics in this game man!

      @@KevinCruz016I haven’t been playing 2k for as long as you I started on 2k16 but just seeing the gameplay improvements over the years have been incredible I hope they continue to expand on the pro play it’s a real gem that no one really appreciates
      Just so you know you got a subscriber for life here man whenever I watch your videos you make me feel like a big kid hope you continue to grow because the 2k really need players like you👊🏾💯

      Just to clarify, there are very FEW pro play animations in the game as they never finished implementing it into every package, crossover, stepback, etc. Dribble cheese and L2 cancelling aside, those are still things that add to 2K whether you consider it "real" basketball or not. If everyone played exactly the same with pro play or realistic moves, people will still complain that everyone is doing the same thing anyway.

      That's facts. The game is cool if you learn it and want to play with your team

    Hey Kev, can you explain how you are able to dribble/move effectively without looking at your player in order to scan the court for the correct pass ? Are you constantly looking back & fourth or majority at your teammates positioning ?

    • @KevinCruz016
      @KevinCruz016  4 місяці тому +1

      The trick is to scan the floor and look at the help defense first before initiating their move. If you see them sagging off, you know they’re priming up for help. So now if you plan a move towards that direction, make sure as soon as you see them step up, you make the pass.
      It also takes a few possessions to get a pattern of how help defenses are playing you. So take your time to download that info and slowly show counters to their coverages. I barely look at my teammates, its the help defense that i pay attention to! But you always need to have a feel for where your teammates like to space the floor

    Hahaha! You barbecued me like a chicken there bro. Sakit ng kamay ko jan sa kaka chase sayo and defend, but for no avail. Keep it bro. Keep showing the ethical way of playing the game. How to be not a toxic and selfish but just showing a pure talent, skills, and humanity. Much respect, bro.

      @KevinCruz016 Yes Bro. At first it was our PG but at 3rd q I said I'll try to slow you down if not to stop the bleeding. But just after a short relieved coz you passed the ball, it was your teammates getting some buckets. I was thinking, how could we win with that? You intelligently passed the right place and time. I hope I could play with you Bro in Pro Am or squad. Chenizyns told me you have played together many times. It's my great pleasure Bro if I can join you and learn from you. Thank you again Bro. Keep going!

    Your perspective is a breathe of fresh air in the 2k community Kev. I wonder what your thoughts are on the cost of creating 2k builds. It’s around $100+ dollars right now to fully upgrade a build. I understand you really like this years 2k that’s why I’d like to hear your thoughts

    • @KevinCruz016
      @KevinCruz016  4 місяці тому +3

      Too expensive bro. If I didn’t make content I would probably stick to one build purchased using VC and another from purely grinding the game.
      That’s why I only upgrade builds until around 93-94. But now I am not making any more builds, so I’ll try to max out the builds I got.
      Appreciate the comment bro! Thank you!

    My goal for this season was scoring more and not passing up so many open looks. First game this season I had 19 assists and no turnovers I knew then get your buckets and keep the defense honest.
    Kev just keep bringing the sauce 💪💪
    My play style is a blend of yours and Blaq Kobra but I have more defense
    85 post
    84 mid
    86 3 pointer
    80 layup
    92 perimeter
    91 steal
    92 strength 😂😂😂
    Most of my teammates are like your build wild 😂😂 because I get easy efficient buckets. No one expects a defensive build that can score in every facet along with being a diming sharpshooter

Im big on letting others create also. This season im around 27 and 13. I coukd always score just chose not to and let my team do they part.

    My goal is to gain confidence in my ability to create for myself and read the defense and how they play me
    I can usually sit at around 8 assists but I’ve been too unconfident in my ability to score in the rec and it’s leading to being stopped in the second half very often because the opponents know what to expect
