Pro tip: If you haven't already make friends, be nice and possibly tip your cabin attendant. They will go above and beyond in your amenities. Extra stuff like champagne (if desired) or snacks. Can help with activities too. No matter what cabin class your in.
Another PS We always give the MOST WORKED employees extra tips..such us bus boys, waiters & stewards..Even though some gratitude are included in the price/fare. They get paid less on their contract. We've cruised before gratitude was included in fare/price. Gratitude prices was on list of suggestion. We always give more. Especially now. Times are different.

This year has been one of the hardest in my life, I fell into a deep depression and It was hard for me to go back to work because for the most part I really just wanted to unalive myself, because I'm 22 and in learning how to feel the weight of being an adult who has never had a comforting childhood. Brain rotting on the internet desperately trying to find a distraction, I stumbled upon ordinary adventures. People who were kind and considerate and enjoying life with the one they love. It was so comforting after so many hopeless thoughts, watching you guys for comfort which now has become my motivation to live and work. Ordinary adventures become videos that gave me enough hope to feel like maybe if I just power through these hard times I can work hard enough to maybe enjoy life with one I love too. RCCL has the ultimate experience, we sail with them every year, with as many bookings as we can possibly squeeze into a year (exception 2020). Central Park, the Boardwalk, the Diamond Lounge, the Rising Tides bar (for drinkers), Studio “B” and the Promenade quick snack space (the name escapes me) are just some of the many areas that are perfect for people watching. Thank goodness I have a cruise booked for this month, I’m about to burst at the seams with joy. 🙃🛳🤪🛳🤪🛳😀. Alas, one last thing, the blast from the ship’s horn, signifying anchors away⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️
Cruises have always pushed the cleanliness, having sinks in front of most restaurants and hand sanitizers. This was before the pandemic. So cruise lines were on top of all that before the rest of the world got on board
I watch all your videos because I love y'all but I haven't ever been able to use your tips because I haven't gone anywhere in a while. That changed and I am going on the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas, which has some similar restaurants and ammenities. You’re getting me extra thrilled for my RCC Cruise this December on the oasis of the seas!! If anyone who is new to cruising watching this GET A DRINK PACKAGE! Even if you don’t go for ultimate, at least get the soda package otherwise your options are only teas, lemonade, & water. I know Peter mentioned $50 for the drink package and it’s actually that price per person per day. Love you ordinary adventures✨💕✨
Lately I have gotten into watching cruise blogs & I really enjoyed this one the best. The upgrade was really nice too. I don't drink alcohol much so I'm amazed at how many different kind of alcohol you drank without getting sick. I wouldn't have made it past the first two..lol. I'm hooked now so I will be watching the rest of your cruise videos. Looks like so much fun.

My wife and I retired in 2012 and planned to do lots of cruising; but our health went south. I've been mostly bedridden from severe and multiple medical conditions for the past five years, and my wife developed foot problems and she is in a lot of pain constantly. We can go cruising and to Disney World vicariously through your videos. Thanks for sharing. Oh, we cruised on the Disney Wonder several years ago and also had a huge porthole in our room.
My grandfather used to be a big shot at Royal Caribbean. We used to go on 2 cruises a year when I was a kid (30 years ago), watching this brings back so many memories. Biggest ship I was ever on the Sovereign of the Sea (biggest ship at the time). Hope you guys have fun and keep making the great vids!

I've been following your videos for a few weeks because I was looking for someone with Disneyland content. I LOVE cruising and so happy to see you onboard. Not sure if you're still onboard now but if so, don't miss out on the robotic bartenders. And all of the shows are great too!
So epic! Normally not a cruise guy but, with the OA seal of approval, it's something worth considering. Love the fact you're on a technological marvel the size of a "small" city. And the fruity drinks, great views, and other amenities don't hurt either. So happy for you both.
The value you get is worth it over other vacation types. Normally you are paying for room, food, drinks, and any extra activities you want. You have to worry about zero of these except for excursions at ports and shopping on a cruise.
You guys are awesome! I started watching before our trip to WDW in November and your videos definitely came in handy when researching the parks. Keep up all the good work, never lose your happy and wholesome sense of adventure, and enjoy all the extra fun experiences you've been offered recently (VIP tours and cruise ship suites). Why not? To be honest we didn’t think we would enjoy cruises either because we aren’t relax by the pool kinda people but there is so much to do on a cruise.

@@OrdinaryAdventures There were a few uncomfortable happenings with some of the male crewmembers when my sister and I were underage... it put me off very much. Other things as well... but looks like things have changed for the better :-)

💯 we are not letting our guard down. I do want to mention that everyone on our cruise is fully vaccinated and had to take a Covid test before sailing. In addition to that the ship is at like 15% capacity, masks are required indoors while not eating, and everything around the ship is socially distanced, from tables at restaurants to beach chairs at the pool to seats at the shows. The odds are probably better of someone getting Covid on a trip to Walmart than being on this cruise for 8 days. (Doesn’t mean no one won’t, just saying the percussions are much much more stringent and overall much safer)

So happy for you guys, having sailed on RC Allure of the Seas on her first year of service, the ships are definitely HUGE!! Disney is nice but this class of ship has no other equal... Kind of fun with an ice rink on a ship, during the week its open for anyone to skate... Did they have the water, diving show at the back of the ship? Looking forward to the upcoming vlogs....

Don't feel bad Kitra I did the exact same thing about 10 years ago, left my passport in a pocket of my suitcase because I forgot to swap it out, it was also in the Miami terminal boarding a Royal Caribbean cruise, the people were nice enough to get it for me also. To this day I can't forget that because it was a stressful time and seeing that part of the video brought back my anxiety.
A long time ago I went on the Voyager of the Seas and had a blast! They had an iceskating rink on the ship and had full skating shows and free skating! i definitely miss going on cruises and I look forward to seeing your adventures!!

RCCL has the ultimate experience, we sail with them every year, with as many bookings as we can possibly squeeze into a year (exception 2020). Central Park, the Boardwalk, the Diamond Lounge, the Rising Tides bar (for drinkers), Studio “B” and the Promenade quick snack space (the name escapes me) are just some of the many areas that are perfect for people watching. Thank goodness I have a cruise booked for this month, I’m about to burst at the seams with joy. 🙃🛳🤪🛳🤪🛳😀. Alas, one last thing, the blast from the ship’s horn, signifying anchors away⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️

Cruises have always pushed the cleanliness, having sinks in front of most restaurants and hand sanitizers. This was before the pandemic. So cruise lines were on top of all that before the rest of the world got on board

I watch all your videos because I love y'all but I haven't ever been able to use your tips because I haven't gone anywhere in a while. That changed and I am going on the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas, which has some similar restaurants and ammenities. I'm so grateful y'all were so detailed and open about prices, reviews, etc. Loving this rewatch!

You’re getting me extra thrilled for my RCC Cruise this December on the oasis of the seas!! If anyone who is new to cruising watching this GET A DRINK PACKAGE! Even if you don’t go for ultimate, at least get the soda package otherwise your options are only teas, lemonade, & water. I know Peter mentioned $50 for the drink package and it’s actually that price per person per day. Love you ordinary adventures✨💕✨

Lately I have gotten into watching cruise blogs & I really enjoyed this one the best. The upgrade was really nice too. I don't drink alcohol much so I'm amazed at how many different kind of alcohol you drank without getting sick. I wouldn't have made it past the first two..lol. I'm hooked now so I will be watching the rest of your cruise videos. Looks like so much fun.

I've been pretty much anti-cruise ever since the pandemic started, but your video is changing my mind. If all cruise lines take the precautions I'm seeing with Royal Caribbean, there isn't much to worry about. As someone who has never taken a cruise, I thank you for all the tips!

My wife and I retired in 2012 and planned to do lots of cruising; but our health went south. I've been mostly bedridden from severe and multiple medical conditions for the past five years, and my wife developed foot problems and she is in a lot of pain constantly. We can go cruising and to Disney World vicariously through your videos. Thanks for sharing. Oh, we cruised on the Disney Wonder several years ago and also had a huge porthole in our room.

My grandfather used to be a big shot at Royal Caribbean. We used to go on 2 cruises a year when I was a kid (30 years ago), watching this brings back so many memories. Biggest ship I was ever on the Sovereign of the Sea (biggest ship at the time). Hope you guys have fun and keep making the great vids!

We have been on quite a number of cruises pre covid. Our last was on Harmony and we had a blast on our family reunion through the Caribbean. These Oasis class are huge! Looking forward to our next.

Ahhh the pre tan Peter feet. From this and then the Instagram livestream what a difference. You gave us some good tips, did not know about that dining package. An that is so awesome on the upgrade. We are so happy for you two on this vacation!!! We immediately went to the website and cruising for a cruise.

So epic! Normally not a cruise guy but, with the OA seal of approval, it's something worth considering. Love the fact you're on a technological marvel the size of a "small" city. And the fruity drinks, great views, and other amenities don't hurt either. So happy for you both.

The value you get is worth it over other vacation types. Normally you are paying for room, food, drinks, and any extra activities you want. You have to worry about zero of these except for excursions at ports and shopping on a cruise.
You guys are awesome! I started watching before our trip to WDW in November and your videos definitely came in handy when researching the parks.
Keep up all the good work, never lose your happy and wholesome sense of adventure, and enjoy all the extra fun experiences you've been offered recently (VIP tours and cruise ship suites). You super deserve it!

Why not? To be honest we didn’t think we would enjoy cruises either because we aren’t relax by the pool kinda people but there is so much to do on a cruise.
Thank you for this video. I have been on Royal Caribbean before. In 2011 My wife and I were on Oasis for our Honeymoon. It was great. Then I still had no idea what you shared as far as bidding on a room and such. We did eat at Izumi, that was fantastic. I will follow you more.

It’s very nice to cruise without driving and to be in the middle of nowhere in the water but going to the Ports is a waste of time.
We are going on the Symhony May 7, 2022 for a back to back May 14th. Can't wait. You'll love it! We've been on the Oasis. Was suppose to be on it 2020 and 21.

I'm trying to find a cruise for me & hubby (he's got severe Crohns) so its nice to see explaining of how things work for newbies & its also great to see the accommodations would be perfect for my husbands issues.

@@OrdinaryAdventures There were a few uncomfortable happenings with some of the male crewmembers when my sister and I were underage... it put me off very much. Other things as well... but looks like things have changed for the better :-)

This delta variant surge is no joke so please continue to keep that same level of safety that you have always had in your videos.

💯 we are not letting our guard down. I do want to mention that everyone on our cruise is fully vaccinated and had to take a Covid test before sailing. In addition to that the ship is at like 15% capacity, masks are required indoors while not eating, and everything around the ship is socially distanced, from tables at restaurants to beach chairs at the pool to seats at the shows. The odds are probably better of someone getting Covid on a trip to Walmart than being on this cruise for 8 days. (Doesn’t mean no one won’t, just saying the percussions are much much more stringent and overall much safer)

Don't feel bad Kitra I did the exact same thing about 10 years ago, left my passport in a pocket of my suitcase because I forgot to swap it out, it was also in the Miami terminal boarding a Royal Caribbean cruise, the people were nice enough to get it for me also. To this day I can't forget that because it was a stressful time and seeing that part of the video brought back my anxiety.

A long time ago I went on the Voyager of the Seas and had a blast! They had an iceskating rink on the ship and had full skating shows and free skating! i definitely miss going on cruises and I look forward to seeing your adventures!!
