Die man gaat graag tekeer met zijn hamer😱 NOOIT op de krukaswangen slaan,en als je je carters warm genoeg maakt en je lagers koud. Dan hoef je er ook niet op te hameren. Eveneens bij montage van de cilinderkit zou ik wel wat 2takt olie op de cilinderwand , zuiger en naaldlager smeren. Eveneens een drupje of 2 bij het big-end lager van de krukas.

Wat een prutswerk😕 Die krukas kan er weer uit die moet gericht worden de wangen sla je naar elkaar toe met een hamer. En dan het andere carter met spanning op de lagers naar elkaar toe draaien waardeloos!!

I wish my crankshaft bearings went in that easily. Even with a propane torch and freezing the bearings, they took A LOT of hammering to get properly seated.

Schuurt ook niet even daar waar pakkingen gezeten heeft vlak met een niet al te grove schuurpapiertje... ik doe dat dus echt altijd en heb dit ook geleerd bij de scooterzaak waar ik gewerkt heb omdat je soms donker verkleurde pakking resten over t hoofd kan zien waardoor die dus valse lucht aanzuigt.

Hi. Ive got a moped and i need to split the cases to change the crank bearings. Is the hammer the best option ? Or do i need to buy a buzzetti crank puller tool?

Hoi, ik wil dus heel graag een mbk booster ik heb er eentje gevonden waarbij de krukas verdraait is dat betekent dat ik die moet vervangen maar moet dan heel het blok uit elkaar en is het heel moeilijk? Want ik heb het nog nooit gedaan.

because the dude is hammering a crankshaft and bearings. you need to put your bearings and crankshaft in a freezer and then heat up the engine crankcase, then install the bearings with no hammering. then the bearings will warm up, you need to heat them to help them warm up from the crankcase, and then you can install the cold crankshaft into the hot crankcases with hot bearings.
