A racing game in the 26th century for the GameBoy Advance. I went through all the circuits: Pawn, Knight, Bishop, and Queen on Beginner, Standard, and Expert. I also complete the Championship Circuit. I also managed to obtain 1st place for every race. I don't show off Master because that difficulty is cheap.
I didn't obtain all the cars either because that requires beating the Master difficulty of all circuits in 1st place, and completing the Championship Circuit 255 times. Up for it? Why don't you try? -

Even the sound effects bring me back memories of my childhood. F zero is a game you never forget
I really wish they would make a new one.
I was already seventeen years old when I bought this videogame back in 2001, but I am very fond of it. I played it at late night in the summer of that year, it brings back many memories.
Yeah exactly!
Unless you're Nintendo.
What made this game so hard was the damn GBA without backlight man!
Yes, I only have the standard GBA (weak backlight). Could do with a plug for it.
get an emulator download the roms
Empyrean Colony 2 man.
@@rembramlastname3631how to tell if one is impoverished
The tracks in this game are so cool!
Some of them don't show any mercy.
Empyrean Colony 2 gave me nightmares
@@floatyghost633 Same here, being flung sideways is always super frustrating.
My god, memories...
Yeah I know, wish Nintendo would bring back F-Zero
GP Legend was my childhood game
Having done this game in Master myself, I completely understand why you didn't show it. It's just unfair and requires a ton a of practice. At least the machine you get by doing all 4 cups in Master is neat.
The best racing game ever! I so miss playing this hope it comes to Switch.
its on wii u, if ur one of the small 13.56 million people who has one.
@@floatyghost633Not anymore… It will be on NSO though!
@@tolstartheking the sad part is I can't afford the expansion pack
@@floatyghost633 Even if you could, it’s not worth it anyways.
@@tolstartheking why's that, Does it have an inconsistent frame rate?
This is good to know that there's alot of People out there who still plays Game Boy Advance I still own the GBA since Christmas Day 2003 ever since I owned it I've been so Attached to it ever since I got it I took it with me During Car Rides, To a Friend's House, and on Vacations and now 16 (Almost 17) Years Later I'm still Attached to the Game Boy Advance to this Day as much as I was Years Ago I'm gonna keep playing it for as long as I can since its my Favorite Handheld of all time
I do. Because classic and retro games never die. I still play in my older SNES, N64 NGC and GBA.
@@evilblader7 That's Great to hear that you're into Retro Gaming as well
The first time I played this game was on December 25, 2001 (Christmas morning) when I got it for Christmas. Actually I bought it in early December 2001 and wrapped it up as a Christmas gift for myself. I still have the game as of today 22 years later.
I loved all the Fzero GBA games
Miss simplistic games like this... 🙃
Just subscribed literally just because you have thus game here. 30 seconds into the video.
I can tell by the track and the music and sound effects that this is the game I used to play I'm definitely gonna buy it again
The moment when 2-D F-Zero was improving.
wait until you see GP legend and Climax
@@ikagura
Eh, GP Legend used the same engine but had bad track design. But Climax was pretty solid if a bit shallow at higher levels of play.
@@VestedUTuber Same engine but you got more elements from X and GX. MV is closer to the SNES game.
As someone who only ever played the SNES original, X, and GX - and always kind of ignored these GBA games - their existence kind of vexed me for the longest time. F-Zero is this prominent console series for a while, gets a bunch of 2D games on a handheld, then sadly and quietly fizzles out and dies... apparently these GBA games are good though, so I want to play them now!
@@YellowYoshi398 Why would you be vexed for more games? Even Mario Kart didn't get as many games on the GBA. Keep in mind that Climax is japanese only
Great game and Longplay, thanks!
Bring back memories of this game
A.K.A. F-Zero: The Next Generation. Seriously, Nintendo needs to stop making excuses and make a new F-Zero game like this and F-Zero X.

Omg the memories 🤯🤯. I spent so many hours playing this. I thought this game was complete trash.. til I got passed the first track and everything changed from there.
This was the first and ONLY F-Zero game i ever played.
You're missing out...F-Zero, F-Zero X, and F-Zero GX/AX are among the best racing games of all time.
Actually, there's a far less tedious way to unlock the machine you're missing, the Jet Vermillion.
Under Start -> Grand Prix, at the machine select, press L, R, Start, R, L, Select and you'll open a password entry screen.
Your data's filename generates a a password that you can enter to unlock Jet Vermillion. There's a password generator on f-zero central that'll give you the password you need, since there's no other way to find it out as far as I know.
I recently discovered this actually, and after 15 years of owning the game I can finally have a 100% complete save.

The forgotten F-zero GBA trilogy, beggining with a semi-remake of the first F-zero game on the SNES
And ending with the best 2D F Zero iteration

@@aric7726 Please, what's the name of the third game. It was released only on Japan, right?
@@HenriqueMelo1989 Yes, F Zero Climax was a Japan-only release.
It features the return of the fourth difficulty setting "master mode" and allows your to create your own tracks and set times on them in time trial.
It also has improved graphics with semi-3D ships and the music is a similar style to GP Legend but rewritten to include more insane guitar solos and other cool stuff!
@@aric7726 Thanks a lot for replying. I wonder why it was never released overseas.
Omg like my first gba game...
Mine too!
Oh my god. Many memories...
I like that old-school f zero maximum velocity 1980.s
I remember this game, I returned it to the store because i couldn’t figure out the controls and I the crash theme cropped me out too much.
My all time favorite game. Think I played it from 4 grade to 6 grade before I compledet it. Still play this from time to time.
Gotta trye out the original F-zero som time hehe.
there are actually some shortcuts with boost and jumping platforms on some circuit. Used to play this game a lot. The Dirty joker and blue falcon mk2 were ny favourite machines
Good job Brian.
"Imagine not starting with the Jet Vermillion." -random dude who was just informed the password trick from his friend
My childhood🥺
First game I owned on the GBA.
懐かしすぎて涙目になるね。
it hurts good
This game will look good on the switch
Now Available in Nintendo Switch Online!!🙂🙂
the best F-Zero ever, imho
I like that old-school 1980.s
You know what startles me about this, one of the menu sound effects is the exact same menu sound effect in Deltarune.
I'll check if this game is available on Wii U's VC.
It is, I own it.
Cool.

I sucked ass at this game. I wanted to enjoy it so bad.
Anybody else associate the nostalgia with a smell?

Oh wow what teen memories
Even this game is relased in the my same birth date?
How many consoles is expired in 2001? OMG?
I gotta be honest, this is probably my least favorite F-Zero game. I’m not saying this game is bad, it’s just my least favorite F-Zero game.
Having never played it, it looks neat, but the sounds and music… man the GBA was limited. It just sounds bad, and not like an F Zero game.
Why this look better than the super Nintendo game
The Mode 7 runs better on the GBA because its more powerful than the SNES, despite both runs in 60 FPS. The version in GBA was created like 10 years later, so they had the opportunity to correct some mistakes and make better graphics.
Is this game on the Wii U virtual console?
Yep, you can get it on Wii U's Virtual Console. Game still holds up really well too.
A good buy though I would rather prefer having it on 3DS (since handheld game on a handheld console makes more sense). Also, your thumb will be sore if you use blast turns a lot.
john craw yes! Also if you think the 3DS F-Zero MV game is a scam it is
My childhoooood
Wait, so you DON'T just ease off on the turns? I always just stop holding A right when I see a tight bend (like in Cloud Carpet) and then I turn around, but from the looks of it you keep tapping A while you do it?
That's called Blast Turning. It's an in-game mechanic.
WhiteBlade's Backup Wow nice, I've been doing it wrong for years then lol

First GBA game ever.
I have that game
the game becomes incredibly unfair once you hit master mode, EVERYTHING is faster than you, and you MUST boost and cuck those racers behind. i learned this the hard way with the fireball or somethin car
Is there a problem with emulation or is there supposed to be a useless white dot going around an invisible track? Awesome game tho.

Why can’t switch have an fzero…
This aged like milk
Because F-Zero 99 is what F-Zero fans wanted 😅

I don't think I chose to drive the purple car once
Always chose the fireball
With each remake of F-Zero on the Gameboy the music and sounds gets worse. Why is that?!?
The music and sounds improve with each game, climax having the best of the three.
I don't know what you're smoking.
@@bert7651 Remixes of songs with different themes does not make it better. Hell, the original F-Zero soundtrack on the SNES hits harder than all of the Gameboy soundtracks. So, continue smoking that bullshit you are on and keep it moving…💯
Each one of us have our own personal tastes in music. Pclord likes the SNES versions better while Bert and I prefer the GBA ones, but dont get me wrong, I also like the Snes versions, they give off this vibe that makes me want to explore the planets lol
👌!
HAXXX
Guess what's making a comeback?
isn't this the f-zero that the cars control like ass? Or floating in zero gravity grease to be more specific. I've a hate for this game, couldnt stand to play it coming from tne SNES one.
You have to tap the A button while going around corners. Unfortunately Nintendo didn't make that clear enough, w/o the manual or idling at the title screen you'd never know... With that in mind this game is a massive improvement over the Snes original in every aspect, definitely a classic.
Looks fine to me.
Judging from the video and the comment you made, it seems that you're just ass at the game, no offense.
Why does it say Nintendo in the title screen, I mean yeah, Nintendo owns the right of the game and they published it, but as I know, NdCube made this game lol
F zéro snes 20/20 celui ci 0
This game is far too slippery
I don't know, it looks like he's doing okay.
