Kids have different strengths. Christian’s strength is language. My kid is 21 months, language is his weakness, he can recognize and name the letters of the alphabet by calling out the name of the symbol for flash cards. He also has a big imagination. Different kids have different strengths.
It’s kind of silly to expect developmental milestones happening at exactly the same moment for different children. My son is 21 months old right now but he’s been pointing at objects and telling us whose they were for 2-3 months already, yet he’s far from speaking as well as Christian there (we speak 2 languages at home). I would advise any parent : don’t try to compare your kids with other kids
Plus kids have different personalities. Some don’t care whether they make mistakes, they just speak on and on. Others won’t say a sentence unless they know they can say it properly. Then you also have extroverted and introverted babies
It's funny to see that some people don't believe this boy is 21 months old. Maybe you need to put more work into your child to achieve those milestones. my baby is turning 21 months in a week And she can do almost everything except from talking because she's learning 3 languages at home. Great work! Christian is adorable 😍
Would love to see a "tour" of your playroom. I get peaks at the toys you guys use for learning and I'm always wishing I could see everything for ideas!
Oh yes! That is a great idea! I’ve added it to our content schedule! Would a tour of the room or a tour of the toys/learning supplies be more beneficial for you? 😊
Oh thank you! We do REALLY appreciate the feedback! We are recording the 22 month one tomorrow actually so we'll try toning down the music and hopefully it'll be less distracting! Thank you so much for being here with us! ♥️
@@CarnahanFam It was not distracting at all, it made it very entertaining. Maybe just slightly lower it to be more background music rather than equal volume with the video. Hope this helps! Loving your videos.
@@ashleytodd1444 Thank you for your feedback Morgan! We will definitely keep that in mind for future videos! I think the music is fine but I definitely don’t want to take away from the content of the video either! Glad you are loving our channel!
Oh it's funny we worked on pretty much all of these things without me even thinking about it. 😅 The only thing we don't practice is the door knob, because we don't have these at home.
Hi Virginia! My son mostly does a straight leg too right now - it's completely appropriate as their learning but as you know, it would be much easier on their joints if they would bend them! I would encourage your daughter to jump down and touch her toes. Practice it with her! Jump off the furniture yourself and show her what it looks like to bend her knees so that her fingers touch her toes! ♥️ Hope that helps! Thanks for being here with us!

Same here
21 months
2. Languages
Some words but not speaking in phrases
20 months old three Languages but doesn’t speak in phrases
20 month , 2 languages speaking pretty much similar to Christian . Speaks interchangeably depending on with language you understand

My 21 month old says “mama” and “dada”. He has regressed in every way possible. Wow 🤩 smart baby! 😍 he sounds so cute ☺️
There is no way this cutie is 21 months old, he walks and talks like a 2-2 1/2 year old!
I know! It’s pretty wild 😜 He is our fresh 2 year old as of the end of September! We hope you enjoy learning and growing with us! ❤️
My 21 is like Christian! All kids grow differently 😚

Christian's already a big and handsome guy! Thumbs up!

@@CarnahanFam Tour of learning supplies will be more beneficial..too
I love the content of this video and your son is absolutely adorable! The one thing I thought I’d mention is that the music was distracting.

Okayyyy your kid is super advanced like thats not normal right...??
Could you please include a link for the book used in the beginning for verb description?
Was he 21 months here? Amazing!
Yes! All of our videos are taken within 1-2 weeks of before our children reach a milestone age or right after! Thank you! ❤️
Nice video! My only critique is to turn down the volume of the music. It’s distracting.
Christin is so cutee 😍 lots of love to him
Thank you! ♥️ We'll be sure to pass on that love 😉
Cutest boy ever ❤️
Agreed 100% ♥️
where is the book at the beginning from? can you link please?
Waiting for my son to start repeating things back to me.
I'll come Mama! Just keep doing what you're doing - lots of consistency and repetition and it'll come! I'm sure you're doing an amazing job! ❤️
Is he 21months here?
Yes! We record all of our developmental milestone videos within 1-2 weeks either before her turned 22 months or after.
There is no need to try to teach a baby these basic things. They will learn all on their own.
Do you have any tips on teaching children to bend their knees? My daughter hops and jumps off furniture, but on a straight leg

A little disappointed, these ideas are clearly from the baby sparks app with no mention of said app, lame.
Oh yes! Baby Sparks is a great resource and one of many different resources we have used for ideas! ❤️
