This tent plus the new 3ful lightweight pack saw me well across 2 national parks in the UK. Currently uploading videos now. 3FUL is a great brand that I thoroughly recommend.
Original lanshan 2 user here (not pro) important feedback from many lanshan users I know of, is that a t zip (upside down T) on the inner mesh would be far preferable to the current zips. Also the bunjee cord used on the inner tent bathtub corners from the original lanshan 2 would also be far preferable to the newer style "yellow rope" used on this version. Other than that the lanshans are brilliant tents & I cant imagine myself buying anything else for my needs 👌🏻
Just ordered mine in the beautiful green color, I am super excited to receive it! I skipped the original Lanshan 1 and went for the Lanshan 1 Pro when it came out and that itself was fantastic. This being a double-walled shelter and the inner being the same size as the 1 Pro makes it a no brainer for me!
Hi all..just let you know i bought one of these last month from the link below.. i already have a lanshan 2 , but ok for length as i sleep diaginal ..but needed to lighten my kit a bit so this works just fine..230 inside as the info says ..i got the brown 4 season for the pyreneese mountain trails .. im 6ft 2 enough room and more for a bit of kit inside..only issue , but ive only set up a few times so far, is the inner sags just a bit on one of the corners ..not a big issue..

The Aliexpress link you gave is a total mess: sometimes it says 210x75cm, sometimes it says 230x80cm, sometimes the name is Lanshan, sometime the name is Lancer (??), it is totally impossible to understand what you are buying 🤔
Will the smaller version still be available? How do I find the difference in AliExpress? And one more question: are you going to work on a dyneema Version? I don’t need more Space, I an interested in less weight.

Just received my lanshan 1 pro and during the setup i noticed a LOOP already in the main guideline and after watching your setup video it appears one is also in the guideline. My problem i had during the setup was the loop in the main guideline was about 15in or 38cm from the peak of the tent and cannot be used to place a stake at the 1.5M distance from the tent. Can you provide the correct distance from the peak of the tent where the LOOP should be placed in the guideline.

I do not think you do. I asked Guangzhou Pedestrian UL Gear Store and the guy said it comes already sealed. Having said that, always double check when you place your order. Cheers
On AliExpress I have seen the 4 season version of the inner tent with two different versions of the zip, one in a J formation to open just one side of the front and another in a T formation which allows to open the front completely. Which version will I get if I order directly through the 3F UL store where it is not specified? Thanks!
@@3fulgear362 Thanks a lot for the instantaneous reply and clarification! So the design with inversed T-shaped zippers has been discontinued? At first I thought this might be the new design as it seems to come with some benefits (opening the whole side of the inner tent for a better view and accessibility or sitting with two persons under the fly). But on a second thought, maybe it puts too much stress on the zipper whereas with the J-shape the fabric running down from top to bottom along the direction of the pole is providing the necessary stability? Or is it just for weight considerations that the T-shape has been cancelled? And do you also offer the possibility to order the outer (i.e. just one fly) with both the 4- and 3-season inner tent or the different (= 3 and 4 season) inner tents separately? Thanks again!
@@shaunspruch5369 3 season inner is mesh, 4 season inner is made of breathable nylon fabric, it has better windproof, recommend using 4 season in winter hiking.
Just to remind you. I am waiting for enlarged lanshan 2 (NOT pro) , 2-layer, at least 220 cm would be fine, but 230 - perfect.

Hi, 15D double coated silicone nylon(with out PU) is not a good idea, too much elasticity....

we have no interest in cuben fiber, but we are trying on dyneema+nylon type dcf, but this needs time..
