The fact that James Wan puts so many genuine iconics into the movie without forced humor allows him to avoid the normal clichés that we see in modern action flicks. It's like taking a breath of refreshing, yet familiar, air.

And while we’re on it, did you want them to tame real seahorses and sharks, or is it ok to bait them into swimming around the way you need them to in the shot. I don’t think they can find a real Mosasauras since they’re all extinct but will a crocodile with prosthetics do??? Of course it’s all CGI, how else are they going to do the damn scene. Just because it’s CG doesn’t mean that it doesn’t look beautiful, because it does. It’s one of the greatest looking shots in the entire movie, and really the entire DCEU. Including the shots in Wonder Woman that we’re not CG and actually practical.

@@vg77574 I said they rushed their model they didn't copy it exactly if you could read. MCU started with iron man solo movie and DC with superman. In their second movies they both expanded their universe with other heroes. MCU with war machine and black widow and DC with Batman and wonder woman. After that the MCU took it slow and made two more solo movies before bringing them all together. DC on the other hand rushed to bring all the heroes together in JL after that and because it was rushed their movie was badly written with characters that arent really developed well and the plot was also stupid which is why it failed. And because it failed, they decided to do the reverse and make solo films like they should've.

DC copied the MCU's model, only they rushed it which is why they failed and then made it better by developing their characters which made people like their movies again. @@vg77574 I said they rushed their model they didn't copy it exactly if you could read. MCU started with iron man solo movie and DC with superman. In their second movies they both expanded their universe with other heroes. MCU with war machine and black widow and DC with Batman and wonder woman. After that the MCU took it slow and made two more solo movies before bringing them all together. DC on the other hand rushed to bring all the heroes together in JL after that and because it was rushed their movie was badly written with characters that arent really developed well and the plot was also stupid which is why it failed. And because it failed, they decided to do the reverse and make solo films like they should've.
