Planetside 2 and Unstable network to stable. How?

So here i wonder how to fix Planetside 2's rather 'touchy' latency network problem. As it seems that any slight packet error or so causes this game to flip out. Even with pretty stable net or running off a non-stable net like Mobile.
Here i ask. HOW THE FUDGE DO YOU FIX IT....... . And i'm sure i'm not the only one asking this question. Cause man is Daybreaker's game REALLY TOUCHY on this.
