As a Swedish 90's kid, the name Ghost Rider is so nostalgic! I still remember downloading videos of him from Kazaa and Limewire (and getting tons of viruses) and watching them together with friends, laughing our asses off from how he is trolling the police. He takes lane splitting to the next level. Absolute legend! I'm so excited to see him back, and this time on UA-cam!
You don't know that, just like we all dont. We still don't know his name or face 20+ years later. He def works in this field tho, Nobody rides like that who isnt a full time rider.
I've been in my car in Greece doing 60,70 and had three bikes come by on both sides at this sort of speed as if I wasn't even moving, if you've ever experienced a jet fighter exploding out of nowhere in the sky it was like that, brilliant, so inspiring.
Greece by night is full of racers, both riders and drivers. We have a long history of road races and we are very familiar with wheels. This is why the death rate from accidents is really high (if not the highest in EU) here. Cheers from Greece - Πάντα όρθιοι!
I had a friend who rode his bike like this back in the day. He had a Honda Blackbird back in the 1990s and we decided to head down for the Isle of Man for the weekend……..Never made it past Carlisle, as he came off his bike at high speed. We couldn’t find him and police ended up finding him nearly 200 meters away from his bike, in a ditch at the side of the road. He died multiple times at the roadside and on his way to hospital. It’s quite frankly a miracle that he survived with his injuries. We were told that he would more than likely need his right leg amputated at the hip and his left foot amputated, along with his left arm at the elbow…….Surgeons managed to save all his limbs. He needed 11 surgeries while in hospital and was in hospital for nearly 8 months………He was also told he’d never walk again, it he walked out of hospital when he was discharged. He no longer rides like an idiot.
@@mynamegeoff7135 If you have friends who ride motor bikes, you’ll have friends who have injured themself on said motorbike. I crashed my first 125cc Honda several times going to work when I was a teenager……Nothing serious, just going too fast on a country road and ending up in a ditch 🤣….Same ditch every time as well, lol.
He died multiple times??? And he's alive???? Also, you use the word "friend" the same way we use the word "moron". Nobody should ever drive like this on any public road period, these rides could be seen as purposfully taking risk with other people's lives. Shitheads like ghostrider should be in jail.
@@nielsklarenberg5871 the isle of man TT races are legal and there is medical personnel on stand by so they are only risking their own life and not the life of others.
I'm a guy who has almost no experience riding and a friend of mine let me on his R6 once. I "accidentally" got on the throttle and was able to pull the clutch and keep myself from dying. I wasn't ready for the acceleration and the bike almost left me. I took it back to my friend and did not tell him what happened. I learned something that day. Respect.
Many many, many years ago I got on my friends Yamaha RD 400 race bike, (not street legal) and took it around the block. I've been riding 2 stroke dirt bikes my whole life but this 2 stroke RD 400 was a different animal entirely. In first gear the powerband opened up, the front wheel came up so I shifted to 2nd and rolled of the throttle to bring it back down. It was gnarly! I'll never forget it and I never took up street bikes, too many of my friends had really bad accidents and that didn't appeal to me.
That's impressive. I started on a liter bike, not even having prior experience from a moped, now have 7-8 years on them and it has not ever been near happening. You should certainly not be biking at all or have at least half the handle as dead zone if you are that clumsy, lol. Seems like another widespread youtube myth, like you just epileptically twist the throttle for no reason. In real life, this doesn't happen.
I’m usually one for saying what an idiot etc etc but you cannot deny the absolute talent, besides the negligence, it’s insanely impressive. And cameras never do it justice
Honestly, my favorite thing about this video isn't that it's in HD, but that this mad lad is still with us. I had all of the DVDs back in the day. You're absolutely right that this guy has a ton of experience because of how he anticipates the vehicles changing lanes.
dude is the literal example of "I paid for the whole speedometer so I'm going to use the whole speedometer". I guess after you experience some events your hearts slowly becomes dead, and this is the only way you can feel the adrenaline rush. still, he's the one anomaly in a perfect system, all it takes is a second anomaly and he'll crash.
It's Patrik Fürstenhoff. He's since confirmed that it was him since the statute of limitations expired. He is actually selling his famed Hyabusa as of yesterday and now rides a BMW S1000RR as his stunt bike.
They didn't. Motorcycles are hard enough to see in a rear view mirror at legal speed wearing bmw H-viz yellow gear.. IF you looked in the right spot He would look like a tiny bright spot (headlight) way back there and then (out of nowhere; 120mph speed difference?), Hes' behind you or along side. You would be startled by his exhaust ripping past you.
I absolutely was expecting to hear of Ghostriders death or arrest two decades ago. The fact that the guy is still alive and free proves what next level rider he must be, because honestly, I dont think my brain could keep up riding at that pace for that long, especially through traffic. I think the weirdest part watching his latest video is that Im so used to his riding, it didnt really bother me and I was just enjoying the footage, where as when I first started watching him, my brain would be screaming with fear the entire time and Id have an adrenaline rush watching it.
The original Ghost Rider is most probably 6 feet under and some dude has thought it a good idea to replicate a "come back" and call himself ... the Ghost Rider. Unless: like many 'culprits' he WANTS to be caught. One thing that is pretty obvious; He was Swedish 20 years ago.
@@CoLFC I suspect that if he had killed himself in an accident his bike would have been recognised and it would have been all over the papers, but maybe not ? "Special Forces" LOL. People do not realise how closely supervised thay can be, no need for "Special Forces" ... THIS is probably the case. Stopped by police.
3:44 It happened to me. Back when I was like 21 or 22 years. I was driving through the desert with my cruise control set for 190Km/h, then out of nowhere a guy on a bike came out of nowhere and blew past me at least another 100km/h faster than I was going. Scared the absolute shit out of me. I didn't see him coming and all I can tell you is that sounded Japanese and was red and white. I did not have a chance to see what sort of bike it was. while the speed limit is 110km/h there's almost no traffic and my car was in fantastic condition. The huge distances out there take forever to traverse so when I was younger I used to try to go a little quicker to get across the desert a little fast. The guy on the bike had the same idea. lots of people did back then. there were no police that far out in the desert. Im talking about the inland route from Port Hedland to Perth. Once you get a few hundred km in between towns you can open up a little reasonably safely back then. Roads were in good shape back then. I imagine they are shit now, all roads in Australia are badly neglected now. I'm nearly 50 now.
That's how it should be. No speed limits on the motorways. If you don't want to go fast keep left. Even with no speed limits. It's likely many people wouldn't travel beyond 140km/hr due to increased fuel consumption anyway. It would make people better and alert drivers, and reduce fatigue between major city trips. Glad you enjoyed what you did. (The kangaroo comment, people would learn when they're out and active, and slow down during these times).
@@letsgocruising How about special licence plates for drivers and riders who’ve passed a much stiffer test than usual. Their demonstrated extra skills could be rewarded with permission to travel 50 km/hr, 80 km/hr, or whatever speed above posted limits, or maybe 50% above. OR, they could even be exempt from speeding tickets. How would that be? Of course, they must never have a crash, or their special privileges would be revoked for one month, one year, or forever, depending on the circumstances of the crash.
In our 20's we were in awe of this guy lol, had all the DVD's, watching it in my late 40's however haha, absolutley nuts but I'm glad he's still with us. Enjoyed this vid, cheers.
@@drossano9794 it's the same person as before. He bought not long ago Subaru car and he wants it black as his old one from his Subaru movies. He got Patreon were all videos are putted out first.

And your sense of self-preservation would be non-existent. Keep in mind, it takes only one tiny mistake or unexpected factor (oil on the road, whatever) and you'd be history. It doesn't matter how skilled you are as a rider eventually, if you keep on pushing it you're done.
I used to ride like this regularly, you're lucky to get 23 minutes out of a tank at full bore. Like people, cars have body language, you learn to anticipate driver behaviours. In most cases they don't even know you're there before you've already flown by, bad driver's will react to you not understanding they are increasing the complexity of the riders decision making over just staying put, the rider already has a line picked out so just stick with yours (including if you begin changing lanes, see the rider and opt to correct, bad move). I always looked for eyes in the rear view and driver's doing shoulder checks. You'd be surprised what your brain can take in when you adrenaline is at max and your hyper aware.
Yes you must read people way ahead.Spliting traffic at 160 in a curve is so thrilling to me I don't know why I do this something pushes me to go faster.
I can relate as I have done some silly things on my bikes back in the 90's and 00's. As for Ghost Rider everyone has seen his absolutely bonkers films. Even on a snowmobile converted for road use and on a turbo Hayabusha!! He is a legend. However it is like a video game when you must make zero mistakes because there are no extra lives.
Absolutely breathtaking, yes he is breaking the law it's dangerous for other road users totally reckless. But fuck me I have never seen anyone else come close to the level of sheer speed whilst being in full control. It's seems hard to imagine he could be anything but a pro racer as everything seems so calm and precise even at these ludicrous speeds. Thanks for the upload I really enjoyed this was like watching Trinity in the Matrix.
Yeah I was just thinking I wonder if when he disappeared he was not breaking the law so he can race then his career ended and he got back as ghost rider

With the average blink time being 0.1-0.4 seconds and if you're travelling at 300km/h or 180mph (83m/s or 272ft/s) you'll go roughly 8-32 m or 26-104 ft with your eyes closed every time you blink.
I believe he actually raced the TT quiet a few times, definitely a professional drivers skill, also you can se he's a pretty small, solid guy built just like the racers :D
I'm a rider and I drive trucks for a living. Something starts to happen after a few years, you start to see "intention" with a vehicle's movement even without brake lights or indicators. Plenty of times I've avoided a collision intuitively, the ghost rider must have a great traffic sense as well as track racing experience. He must work on the roads for a living surely
1000% agree with this! I’ve done so many delivery jobs and it’s reached a point where I just know when a car is going to switch lanes or when a car is going to try and cut in front or do anything really. We must be subconsciously aware of something they’re doing but I couldn’t tell you what, it’s just an intuitive “that cars gonna cut into my lane without indicating” Definitely don’t think I could do it at these speeds though!
Definitely something to what you say. I’ve had plenty of bad driving days in both cars and on my bike and just know I’m not with it. But when you get that odd day when your mind is alert and clear and the conditions are just right and you just nail it, it all just comes together and everything just seems to flow and your thought processes are instant and you just “know”. The special thing about this guy is that he seems to be in the moment all of the time and can just keep doing it for as long he has petrol in his tank.
It's true that you can see the body language of a car sometimes but I wouldn't stake my life on it each and every time. Guess that's the difference between the GhostRiders of this world and the other 99+%...
In my experience, when driving in triple digits, most drivers do not see you until you have already passed. You are moving faster than they can see you and react. Driving that way is something only a few do, but once you have, it is hard to not do it over and over.
Terrifying - but he is SO switched on. His faculties are far beyond the majority of us. He’s literally a genius and we all know how close madness is to that!
I was out riding my Aprilia rsv mille around Stockholm in 2004 (I think) when I caught a police in the mirror while speeding! He pulled up alongside me and to my surprise he was driving a Suzuki 1000R and that seemed a bit strange to me, but then what happened took the strange to a whole different level ;he gave me a thumbs up and did a wheelie with full throttle and a few seconds later he was gone! Ghostrider rules!!!!

I will not yield my glory to another or my praise to idols. Isaiah 43:11 I, I am YAH, and there is no other Savior but Me. Isaiah 45:5 I am YaH, and there is none else.
That was scary to watch. I used to be a bit naughty on my bike ( I got stopped at 140 once and managed to talk my way out of it - that was the last time, I have been careful ever since and enjoyed 35 years of clean licence ). These days I just enjoy the open air and the countryside.
Absolutely MLH&R! My good friend just beat a 140+ mph ticket because they couldn’t get consistent readings from the air. Did the ton when it was still a big deal. My “retirement” bike does an 11 flat stock, with a dyno sheet that shows a significant bump across that broad Triumph triple power range. This time I will take it to the strip, out of respect for my loved ones’ fears. But I am in search of a quarter in the tens above 130 mph. Because I am supposed to be intelligent, but I was born with a hooner gene. Props to my love, who wants me to do this. Just because I am not ready to be old yet. You are proof that I am not the only otherwise intelligent person who loves to ride fast. But I’ll bet you still blow out the carbon lol when no one is looking. I still semi secretly wonder if I can keep it street legal as an older liter bike, but break into the 9 seconds range without spending a fortune. Not sure it’s possible. But want to find out. Big Daddy Don Garlits still building and racing bikes at 90+
Although i can't help being glued to the screen watching this, and his skills are out of this world, no effing way i'm giving props to this. I'm fine with the fact someone himself is comfortable with giving his life for this rush, i'm definitely not with him endangering everybody else's life on the road. If this guys rams into you at that speed, it's like a rocket that is being blast into the car and as a result we're not just scraping him off the pavement but everybody involved. Yes, i know i know, i will show myself out thank you.
well said sir. i'm of the exact same opinion. he is a big danger to others and himself. i don't know what i would do to a guy like that if someone i knew godt blasted by someone like him doing that for a video to show of. but fuck me he can ride that bike 🤣
As someone that had their valves interface with a piston at ~220 km/h I have to say: this looks fun. These days I don't feel comfortable drawing other road users into my high risk games but videos like these let me 'pick my line' through traffic to keep my mind sharp. On the other hand, I wonder how much good we're doing by calling him a nutcase and praising the behaviour. I've had some less than great times where adrenaline was the closest thing to an emotion that my brain registered, and I've noticed similar things in other people that have some baggage. It was a hard hole for me to climb out of, and I didn't have anyone praising my dangerous quest for endorphins, just the endless grey of a broken brain. He's obviously got loads of skill and the balls to match it, but I hope it's coming from a good place. If not, I wish him all the best in getting there and I hope he has loved ones that can support him when the adrenaline runs out.
Had the chain lock up at around 235. Luckily, it broke loose and I was able coast it off the road. Had to replace the chain, sprocket, and some other bits it broke off. The ass clinch was unreal. I rarely get it over 120 these days.
That rider, the ghost rider had got some mentally good skills, but it only takes one person to move, one component failure and it’s game over, this really is slinging your knackers to the wall 👍💪
Canada Russ here, ive done it all on a bike. This is ruthless danger to the public. I highly doubt its the real ghostrider. Hella skills though but hes a danger to the public.
I'm 46 now watching this as I think to myself how much I've changed. In my late teens/early 20s I road like this near daily around Atlanta. Literally, getting on the HWY meant full throttle till the exit ramp. It was a lot of fun and I never felt as though I was in much of any danger. Now looking at this guy do it, maybe I wasn't so smart at that time of my life.
I owned a turbo supra when I was young. I've actually owned several. Much the same. Not just the highway, though. Hardly a day would go by on any given week I wouldn't be doing 140-150+mph, usually multiple times. Not very smart, but at the time, I just didn't care. Not that I didn't care about people on the road. I was always doing my best to do it in a safe manner for others. But that's just ignorant. Shit happens. Luckily, not to me. And not to anyone else. Not then.
@@suprafastmafc As a german who does about 75 miles on the Autobahn daily, going 140-150 mph is totally fine. And well, you always meet a faster one. ;)

2005 Was a great year for motorcycles, probably the last time a bike came out that was more bonkers than the previous model, Suzuki GSXR 1000 k5 and Kawasaki ZX10R C2h were absolutely brutal.
I had Kwaka c2h (aka widdow maker) nice bike to ride until you hit 8k rpm then wants to kill you. Had to replace brake pads and lines as the brakes were not the best as standard.
As the film said, somewhere out there is the perfect lap. This is it. Many years ago I was a dickhead on a GSX-R 750 and I loved it. This, this brings it all back.😍
In 1992 I got my first really fast bike, a ZZR-1100. It was quite heavily modded too. I was a fairly experienced rider with something of a death wish, total thrill seeker. I used to ride like this, not as skilled of course but the same death defiance. After the Kawa I got a Blackbird and it was worse. Quite a few close scrapes, never any accidents. I always knew it could be over in 1/10th of a second and I never cared. Always a smile on my face. I was never more alive than riding like that. I am 61 years old now but I still get the itch at times. Don't have fast bike atm but looking for one. I know this will sound weird or nuts to a lot of people but the thing is, we all die. And what a way to go, if you have to go. With a smile on my face. ;)
this guy has been riding like this for a very long time, his instincts at these speeds says a lot, he is very aware of what is going on, his brain has adapted to it. kind of like a fighter pilot with many years of seat time. that being said this scares the crap out of me just watching it.
While I'm completely in awe over his riding skills and the miracle it has taken for him to stay alive so far, I have to say: Please don't ask for more of this, it will inevitably end tragically.
Actually his identity is not unknown and he in fact came out owned up to it. It’s the same guy who holds the world record for the fastest wheelie in the world which was done on the same busa he used for his police chases. Due to Swedish law he was able to identify himself without getting in trouble. His name was Patrik Fürstenhoff a ex Swedish mechanic and pro race !
He’s not dead but he’s turned into a hustler/con artist. He even did a similar “win my bike”-thing several years and never came through, even though the winner of the raffle went public. Basically he swindled a lot of people.
Epic. I've done a few runs like this back in the day, when I was young and invincible. Had some close calls as you would imagine. Picked up a race with an R1 on the N1 highway in South Africa. Peak morning traffic that had just started opening up a bit. Traffic was moving at about 70 or 80km/h and we were flying through at about 240/250kmh. Crazy times. Stopped riding shortly after my daughter was born.
What's that in MPH, my Kawasaki GT 750 could do that even though it's a grand touring bike & not a racing bike, heck I've had my 500cc dirt bike at 147mph on grass.
Ghost Rider is a favorite to watch. He's dusted off so many coppers. Fast is understatement. I was traveling through Utah once and saw a bike blink by me, a minute later a cop was trying to catch him or her pulled up next to me and at that point the bike was a flash and completely out of sight, pretty sure the cop disengaged and just had to turn his lights off. He looked to me for answers through the windows, being myself I minded my own business, I could honestly say that bike was doing around 200mph or faster, and cop had NO chance in the world to catch that bike.
What a nostalgia bomb! When this first came out we had just made enough money to buy decent bikes, I bought a GIXER because of this man, took my brain out places it a jar and try to emulate. Now I watch this and think dear god… however I now have 2 boys and a little lady to watch over, how things change! Thank you for this bud
in sweden if the police can't see your face they can't show up to your house the next day and arrest you, they have to be able to prove that it was you riding.
I remember my uncle showing me some of the Ghost rider stuff growing up as a kid it was some of the best content out there. wild this dudes still a nut case zooming about like a madman haha. As a car driver it would be interesting to experience what the feeling is like seeing someone absolutely fly by, I don't even think my golf R would get anywhere near him lol
It’s much easier (and can be safer) to go fast on a bike. One time I was rolling at about 160 km/hr (100 mph) on my Yamaha FZ1000 (yes, engine transplant), when two young guys came by in small but fast J-cars, Honda Civics or the like. They were trying to maintain 200 km/hr (125 mph), but the traffic was a bit heavy and moving at 120-130 km/hr (75-80 mph). Just for fun, I decided to keep up with them, and it was easy, passing politely, while those two guys were cutting in and out of the cars and trucks (this was Hwy 401 east of Toronto, meaning 2 or 3 lanes in each direction), and generally causing disturbances. That’s the kind of thing that attracts the attention of the 👮♀️ 🚓 cops. Watch other drivers over time, and you’ll see the difference between the person travelling fast and the person in a hurry. People rushing are easy to spot, because they often take unnecessary chances, increasing the risk to themselves and everyone around them. People rushing in cars are doubly dangerous in traffic, because it’s that much harder to pass other cars than it is when you’re on a bike, especially a very fast one. As well, the cars have a lot more mass and thus momentum, so that if something terrible happens, an out-of-control car can take out several other cars. That’s much less likely if a bike rider is being foolish, which is not recommended by common sense anyway. Cruising at high speed on a bike gets you there sooner, and using good road manners avoids disturbing or annoying car and truck drivers. A move that makes car or truck drivers hate you means that they’ll then hate every other rider they meet, which is bad for everyone. Use common sense and courtesy. It’s free, and it really pays off.
Pretty widely recognized that the ghost rider is Patrik Fürstenhoff. He is an ex racer and holds world records for wheelies. If seem to remember him basically admiting it in an interview a number of years ago.
Yup, that's correct. The fun part about Swedish law is that unless you're specifically caught during a run, with your ass on the bike, they can't really do anything. Which is why Ghostrider couldn't do this in basically any country other than Sweden and maybe Norway (can't fully recall if they have the same laws regarding that).
Correct, he is also a former jail bird. Insurance fraud and motorcycle theft. Not liked by serious racers as he also stole from fellow racers. Hopefully he is a better person now.
ok so he did the paris run when he was 5 years old or what ?🤣 it is widely known that the french ghost rider inspired these guys the O.G ghost rider deffently also deserves a bit of credit for the myth no matter what a guy from sweden says the original paris run was done in 1989
@@Hansen710 ok i thought that original run was done by the Black Prince and Ghost rider did a tribute run in later years. The iconic ghost rider videos that most people have seen are Furstenhoff i believe.
Guy has a deathwish. All it takes is one car to change lanes and hes gonna set world record for fly through the air until his body is stopped by a tree . His remains could be put into a peanut butter jar
In sweden(where he is from and his identity is no longer a secret) the police must identify the driver, not the vehicle to take legal action toward them, so you can drive circle around the police, but if they can not identify that you were the driver, they cant arrest, fine you or confiscate any property because maybe someone borrowed it, maybe someone stole without your knowledge etc....
I used to ride fast every ride. After my fiancée was killed, I rode like this guy. There’s no one as fast as a guy who doesn’t care if he lives. I was a nutter. I have a wife and kids now, and I’m fat and old…. But this got my heart racing again and the old adrenaline feelings came back. Moral of the story? If I had wiped out and died, I’d not have the wonderful family I have now. Ride safe everyone.
I watched this a few days ago and still absolutely mental but brilliant, people can say what the want but one thing for sure, the sheer control, skill and concentration at these speeds is simply phenomenal that really only TT riders would know.
Probably the occupants of whatever car he hits at 186mph as well........If he T-Boned a car, he'd go clean through it !!!!! ( well not so clean........a big mess) I'm a biker, a petrolhead all my life. This is rediculous behaviour.
Alongside the occupants of the car he would crash into. This guy is literally playing a video game with other people’s lives and « thumbs up » dude? GTFO
Well, sort of... or not really. I think you are in much higher risk riding your motorbike safely in the motorway than he is, whether you believe it or not. The rules are there to scare _you_, and stop _you_ from killing yourself. He won't. And if things do go the wrong way in the motorway, he's gonna be dead, while you'll live to play basketball. Maybe he doesn't wanna play basketball.
I'm 45 years old, I also drive a Suzuki (maybe a little slower :)) and I understand why GhostRider drives so fast. Such a ride clears your mind, allows you not to go crazy and helps you cope with life in this damn world.
It is crazy, 15 years ago, we haven’t so good cams and it was impossible to catch the full craziness on VHS tape from the Ghostrider but this high quality mad ass ride is absolutely…..😳…..I can’t explained it
I'll say this guy knows how to handle a bike he goes through some tight places like it's nothing. That being said, he's as stupid as he is a good rider, all it would take is for someone to change lanes unexpectedly or hit the brakes for some reason and he'd be dead. He's going so fast that these other people have no idea he's coming till he's already past them so they could potentially move over a lane and have no clue what they've hit.
not really - because when the adrenalin is running that hard all the car driver in front are operating in slow motion - like being in the matrix, you can see which cars are twitching because the driver is looking in his mirrors - and the car has a split second to move before you are past it - they aren't quick enough to catch you out like that. What is dangerous is suddenly coming onto a bunch of stationary vehicles - now you have scrub off 150+mph in whatever distance you have left - that's why he always has an escape route planned - left or right. If someone unexpectedly spins in front of him & hits that armco - that could cause him a problem
@@stevesoutar3405 I completely disagree. EVERYTHING he is doing is dangerous. If you are doing 150 and come across stationary vehicles you are nothing but a fookin idiot. Are those people stationary idiots or is the idiot approaching them at 150+ an idiot? Are their lives nothing? In 85% of the video he has no escape route whatsoever - explain to me what the escape route is at 100mph please. I do not believe you have EVER had to brake like your life depended on it at 150+mph or you wouldn't for one second claim you had to 'scrub off speed'. DO NOT DO THIS on public roads. Go to a track day and find out how so fast you are not. Then go club racing and find you are last. If he was genuinely fast he would be racing other riders not dicking about being a complete bellend on public roads. IMO
It's not quite true! At that speed you've to predict most of moves, and in last case scenario millisecond moves with cms from other vehicles its how it's done, it requires thousands of hours and years ride in Traffic! Of course there's always things you can't control... It's always a risk!
Something I haven't seen in the comments yet: the respect for that motor running at 100% duty cycle and still getting him home, ready for action the next day!
Just imagine how many more people are driving around with their nose down in their phones compared to before. Also would be interesting to see how a Tesla on autopilot would react to this speeding up from behind.
It doesnt seem to react at all at speed especially if you're swerving between other cars and it has no line of sight on you. Not sure if autopilot was on though ..

My random thoughts: *As a non bike rider, even to me, the sound of the turbo Hyabusa used in the prior videos, is just incredible. What a sound! *Being now 2023, the problem is that it is almost impossible to tell if this is real or very high quality CGI *Ghostrider's identity is effectively known, except that it was never determined in the sense of him being prosecuted for any of his escapades *I am thinking that his antics were really only feasible in a country with dead-sensible people like Swedes. In other countries, the traffic would have been too erratic, and the drivers too aggressive and vindictive. And in one country, they would be out with 5 choppers and a sniper.
Your random thoughts are mostly those of a kid who spent an hour on UA-cam. You know clearly nothing of CGI, or Swedes, or America. Keep drinking that Kool-Aid mate! 5 choppers and a sniper, lol.
Riders do this all across the states. Many nvr out a plate on and run from the police for fun. Those who post it and embarrass the cops gets punished far harder, so many avoid doing it.
It's clearly not CGI. Far to much detail that an artist wouldn't think to put in the video. He also slipped the clutch a couple of times and only a talented rider would even have half a chance at recreating that on CGI. It's not CGI by a long chalk.
Patrick Von Fürstenhof, professional motorcycle stuntman. Not dead. World record for the wheelie at something like 220 mph...I prob. have that wrong. Didn't feel like tryna look that up. It's a world record tho. That say enuff lol. Been watching him since he uploaded his first vid to yt. Also does a gocart, which is INSANELY FAST, as well as a STi I think??? I"m not a car person really. I did hear he was arrested and they took his bike and laptop/computer. Way back in the 2015 time frame.
You asked, “What goes through his head?” Answer: live life, taste death. Ghost Rider is a Swedish national treasure and for having watched his videos in the mid 2000s only for him to go MIA for a decade and then come roaring back with new video drops is an absolute treat!
This man is insane and skilled at the same time. I love to ride bikes and ride fast but nothing like that. I almost have an anxiety attack watching but I'm excited at the same time.
I can't believe he's still alive! I loved those old grainy DVD's. I still remember what my dad said to me when I was getting into bikes years ago, "you see lots of bold riders and lots of old riders, what you don't see a lot of are old bold riders." Guess there's still some out there!
That speed alone is scary and then add in that traffic which would spell instant death.. has huge guts.. ignoring the complete lack of consideration for any other road user . Insane
I remember watching him many years ago when those came out and now this. Just insane and amazingly talented. Sends shivers up your spine watching him doing some of these passes.
This guy brings me good highschool memories!!! I watched all his videos back in the day. From pocket bike inside a mall to the turbo busa going the wrong direction in between 2 semi trucks at full speed!!! Insane! 💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
His reaction timing is far greater than the majority of people, probably trained on skeet, & trap ranges from young kid to riding professional race team. His riding in public is NOT infalible & he knows it but he's still prepared to run the gauntlet for fame or whatever reason.
I knew the ghost rider in person. Last spoke 0:50 to him about 9 years ago. He was doing a lot of work on a Subaru and putting time into his family, especially his son who was being mentored into a racing cars. A lovely chap, troubled by headaches,
I don't know anything about sport bikes but, one thing I'm fairly certain of is that this rider is more than likely a professional motorbike racer. The skill and experience to anticipate like they do, would be my best guess.
Hes wchampion on one wheel, hes next goal is 222Mph on one wheel. But hes also with hes son on Nordschleife WHOs doing great in a BMW.. i think they have made a bet that soon will be thrown car vs bike// Best wishes from Sthlm

Always a friend 🤣

So fast in Australia?? Thats suicide, a kangaroo or camel will hit and kill you...

How about special licence plates for drivers and riders who’ve passed a much stiffer test than usual.

We must be subconsciously aware of something they’re doing but I couldn’t tell you what, it’s just an intuitive “that cars gonna cut into my lane without indicating”
Definitely don’t think I could do it at these speeds though!

I don't believe he does trust them. He reads their driving pattern and predicts their possible/likely maneuvers. Trust has nothing to do with it.

With a smile on my face. ;)
He has ridden that bike for years and very comfortable with it's limit he knows what he's doing pretty normal for him ❤
my dad was big into sportbikes and stunting and had me watching these videos 15 years ago cool to see him pop back up👍🏻 dudes a legend
this guy has been riding like this for a very long time, his instincts at these speeds says a lot, he is very aware of what is going on, his brain has adapted to it. kind of like a fighter pilot with many years of seat time. that being said this scares the crap out of me just watching it.
His best instinct is knowing when, where and how much to brake. For too many of us that is not the first choice.
Nah it’s just luck , yanks won’t get it our roads over this side of the pond are twisty
While I'm completely in awe over his riding skills and the miracle it has taken for him to stay alive so far, I have to say: Please don't ask for more of this, it will inevitably end tragically.

It's like playing a computer game but when it's game over - it's really game over.
Was? Is he dead?
He’s not dead but he’s turned into a hustler/con artist. He even did a similar “win my bike”-thing several years and never came through, even though the winner of the raffle went public. Basically he swindled a lot of people.
He's not dead
This is what I remember being the truth as well.
Same here, I had a first gen hayabusa.
What's that in MPH, my Kawasaki GT 750 could do that even though it's a grand touring bike & not a racing bike, heck I've had my 500cc dirt bike at 147mph on grass.
If yo feel the need to boast about something as reckless and stupid, your daughter can be proud to have a mature man as a father. Cap!
At least yo stopped riding like that

That speed is so fast that nobody has time to even react. From the time they see him in the mirror, just under 2 seconds elapse.

It’s free, and it really pays off.
i was discussing him less than a month ago - he was legend all that time back, i am amazed at how many are not even aware of him..
He is a ghost that just passing by ;)
Aka Patrick Fürstenhoff
good when not many aware of him, it will keep the freak-out meltdown male karenz number to the minimum !
witch one ? one from the swedish crew or the o.g french ghost rider ?
Hopefully he is a better person now.
ok so he did the paris run when he was 5 years old or what ?🤣
it is widely known that the french ghost rider inspired these guys
the O.G ghost rider deffently also deserves a bit of credit for the myth no matter what a guy from sweden says
the original paris run was done in 1989
@@Hansen710 ok i thought that original run was done by the Black Prince and Ghost rider did a tribute run in later years. The iconic ghost rider videos that most people have seen are Furstenhoff i believe.

They did confiscate it tho. Something like 7 years ago. He was real made bjt they had no proof anyway so they had to give it back

I watched this a few days ago and still absolutely mental but brilliant, people can say what the want but one thing for sure, the sheer control, skill and concentration at these speeds is simply phenomenal that really only TT riders would know.

@@StupidusMaximusTheFirst it's the risk he is posing to others that is the issue.
Only takes 1 driver to decide to move at the wrong time and he's dead.
If someone in another lane almost ran up the rear of the car in front and changed lanes suddenly, it would be all over for this guy......
That is the reliability of GSXR bro! 💯
I was a daredevil when I was younger, but I'm almost too old to even watch this video. I was leaning hard away from the traffic in my recliner.😁
Just imagine how many more people are driving around with their nose down in their phones compared to before. Also would be interesting to see how a Tesla on autopilot would react to this speeding up from behind.

My random thoughts:
*As a non bike rider, even to me, the sound of the turbo Hyabusa used in the prior videos, is just incredible. What a sound!
*Being now 2023, the problem is that it is almost impossible to tell if this is real or very high quality CGI
*Ghostrider's identity is effectively known, except that it was never determined in the sense of him being prosecuted for any of his escapades
*I am thinking that his antics were really only feasible in a country with dead-sensible people like Swedes.
