Yes, but dont forget that 2B was literaly made to kill 9S. She tried to keep herself distanced. Killing 9S everytime was painfull for her anyway. Thats why she asked 2A to take care of 9S. Because she couldnt. She and 9S changed A2 a little. A2 was alone for long time. Having 9S with her brought some light to her life. Story of these 3 is so painfull and depressing...
