A gorgeous Pembrokeshire beach with very few people on it!!! Thanks Paul almost too good you shouldn’t be doing such a good job of promoting Sir Benfro
I used to live in Manobier as a child and we used to walk to this beach. Back then, the way down onto the beach was a bit dodgy. Pembrokeshire has the best beaches.
@@paulmanorbier The Last time I went to Lindsway the steep track down to it was very overgrown, so hope you can get down to it, was'nt there a story at one time that Royalty once had a picnic on the beach?. Regards Bob
Yes, apparently the current King Charles - came into the Haven with Queen Elizabeth 2nd on the Royal Yacht Britannia. Before attending whatever the event was, Prince Charles and Princess Anne were taken ashore at Lindsway to spend some time on the beach, and that would be his first steps on land in Wales, before later becoming the Prince of Wales - so I was told. So if I get down to the beach I'd better take a right royal picnic!
Wow what a beach! Seriously, that could have been abroad. I've never been to Manorbier🤦🏻 Been to Tenby and Saundersfoot. I'm hoping to have a night here and there on beach in Nov-Jan in tent. This looks stunning. Good on you with the swim👌👍
@paulmanorbier It's beautiful, I'll touch myself away and would even leave a crumb. Have cold sea swim😂 and scream like girl😁 I'm pretty good with cold water. Thanks for this video. Straight away I thought I've got to go here.😉👍
Skrinkle Beach is lovely - gets the morning sun too. There's also Swanlake Beach on the West side of Manorbier - a little more remote and wild. Just be sure the tides are neap (not a very big range, so the sea doesn't come to the top of the beach! This is usually when the high water is closer to 1 o'clock. Theres also a flat area at Manorbier Beach where you can pitch a tent, but there are more passers by there. The sea should still be warm-ish in November too
Cool post Paul, Pembrokeshire is such a beautiful area !

And the way down is still dodgy! 😊
Hi Paul, are you sure that was Pembrokeshire, only joking, looks allot like Lindsway Bay on Milford Haven Waterway, Regards Bob
Thanks Bob - It does look like Lindsway, which I hope to be walking past (or even down to) in the next couple of weeks

We are lucky having that in our own back yard and its often quite quiet - and even quieter in Novemember!
