Remember all the midlife crisis cougars with the Godsmack sun tramp stamps you would see all over Ozzfest back in the day? Well, they've all had hip replacements by now and just can't stand for more than a few minutes at a time.
So, I saw Godsmack 3/13/24 in Orlando, and when they started playing this song I literally jumped out of my seat. I saw Led Zeppelin in 1977 in Atlanta, and heard them play "No Quarter" live both then, and on many bootlegs, and as sacrilegious as this may be to say, Godsmack's live version was much heavier, deeper, and much better. I will forever love both bands.
@@aaron3638 I don't think so. Brad is MUCH skinnier, has long grey hair and is in his 70's. The 2nd guitarist in the video is chubby, has dark hair and is much younger than Brad. Plus, why would Brad join them to do a Led Zep cover......wouldn't he join them to do an Aerosmith cover? Google 'brad whitford godsmack' and you'll see.
I was there as well and it was awesome!
I was there. Killer show!
Godsmack is a BAD ASS band and they did an awesome job covering Zeppelins BAD ASS Beautiful Classic.
They cover Good Times Bad Times and now No Quarter! Would love to see them do Achilles Last Stand!
Takes balls to cover Zeppelin. Not a bad job here. Tool took it to another level though.
Great song. Great jam.

Big ZEp head loved it off the hook❤

Fans have some age on them. Knees, bone spurs and collapsing lumbars.

I'm not too familiar with this band, but I thought they were a 4-piece. Who is the "2nd" guitarist with the hat and sunglasses?
