Thank you🖤🖤I used my own waist and hip measurements and I created a basic dartless skirt block. I lowered the waistline down about 2 inches and I divided the front skirt block into 3 pieces and the back block into 4 pieces. Then I added 1/2 inch allowance to all the pieces. For the waistband facing I just traced the waistline of the pattern and went down 2.5 inches to create a front and back facing piece.
