Yes, As long as you haven’t already used it that round. If you upgrade it and then use it you can do both actions. If you use it, then upgrade it, you can’t go back and then do the upgraded part
A great game. Not a dig on you guys, but I'm always amused by modern people complaining about the Industrial Revolution while simultaneously enjoying the benefits. Living in a yurt, drinking dirty creek water, eating parasite ridden meat, buggy bread, receiving no medical or dental help, and dying of old age at 35 doesn't sound like a great life to me.
I love this series! You Bing Bongs are such fun to watch. I'd love to see a game of Ecos, Space Base, or Viticulture. Thanks for another great video:)
