- They made an update to the new Dr. Doom skin. I wonder if they'll do this for some of the other accessories that got new skins, such as Iron Man.

Very strange how when using the old glider, the old cape equips as well. Hopefully they fix it because it definitely looks strange.

probably because of the way the cape effects worked with the glider so its auto loading onto the new skin. at the very least it doesn't look that bad from behind

@@solar3034 There are plenty of gliders which force you to have its cape (like stormbreaker glider) but those dont overwrite your cape if you equip some other cape yourself while Dooms glider shows his cape no matter what

Only if you own the iron man gilder OG new players should not get it 💀
The old iron man used nano tech gear, which is what the glider is made of. Mk 45 iron man does not have nanotech so it wouldn’t make sense for him to use the glider.

Well, I don’t have the OG Doctor doom and the victory von doom built-in-emote and the glider and I don’t have the previous chapter 2 season 4 battlepass.

As someone who doesn’t own the original Dr. doom, I can tell you guys that when I try to use the built-in emote when I won as Dr. doom it didn’t let me because you have to own the original Dr. doom to get it
If they are gonna add it give it to everyone as someone who owns both idk why only the og owners get it if they show it for everyone

Thematically the mark 45 not working with the old iron's stuff makes sense, Tony never had that technology previously to use it.

Here’s hoping they update Emma frost and give her a built in emote to turn into her diamond form and to take off the jacket in her normal form
They should get rid of it on emotes for anyone who doesn't own the emote it's annoying just gloating in your face or they should make a new version of the throne as the thing and add it as a quest reward
Yep epic always slaps us in the face by giving people 5-year-old exclusive skins for free in the shop and then the galaxy skin that they didn't even give you a chance to unlock but told you hey guess what You're not getting this because you had to predict the future lol so they might as well give everyone another version of this as a sorry

I don't own the OG doctor doom skin and I can confirm it doesn't work in game and doesn't even show up in the emote wheel

We sadly do not have any of the Ch2 s4 marvel skins, I love this new change, but unless they decided to bring back the skins from this past battle pass, it’s not gonna feel that much of a “Wow!” For me yet

So an odd glitch just happened for me it said the zero builds cup was available. I played it, and then when I went back to the lobby, it now says in 7 days, so hahaha.😅
It would be cool if they gave the current throne on the map made out of the thing that doom killed to new players like me as the built-in victory throne emote on the new doom skin. That's what the doombot boss sits on at castle doom and I would be happy if that happens.

This is probably the only thing that everyone should universally agree needs to return from an exclusive battle pass, use it at any point you have to win a game to use it which makes it even more bull lol

i dont think people realise that they are two completely seperate suits, and the one the og skin had is nanotech while the new one is not, so no, he doesnt.
I think that if you don't own the og skin, the emote just shouldn't show up in the locker because it being there and being impossible to unlock almost feels like they're taunting people who don't own it haha

They fix doom cosmetics now they just have to fix Ironman cosmetics. And maybe allow all spider-men do to the webslinger emote or at least make an exclusive emote for each one
I dont have the original doom i played that season but back then i didn't buy passes. So seeing the emote on the locker when i use the new doom skin is such a tease. They should just give it to people that have the new doom skin at this point. Maybe through a quest like get 50 account levels idk.

Can you make a video about; When any player knocked near, you can't edit the wall, you can't pick up weapons from the ground. It can even be your enemy or your teammates, it doesn't matter. What if epic removed all this bs “only some characters can use this respective glider” like the og doctor doom I played during that season and have that skin and everything in it but I find it so annoying that literally every single glider and contrail in that season or at least most of them you can only use with one skin. It literally makes zero sense and considering how Fortnite is making a shift toward focusing on cosmetics for example the new battlepass rerelease thing there’s literally no reason not to. Oh and also might not happen but it would be really cool if it did if sometime in the future there is a page in the Fortnite lobby UI and it was of all the battle passes you did not 100% you select one battle pass and level it up along with the current season.

im pretty sure your using the wrong style for the OG doom, the green style is his base style.

@whenbricksmove5407 They can't get sued since we legally don't own the skins, and they only promise that they won't come back, Since they are labelled as 'Exclusive' They will most likely never return and the backlash and lack of trust from the community would also certainly stop them. However I agree even suggesting them coming back is utterly stupid in my opinion.

they should at least redo that text saying "not unlockable. from ch2 s4" 2:34 that could surely confuse a lot of people as it did to me as well
