Would you say 70-200 is best for headshots? I see it in your videos all the time. I always see everyone shooting prime lenses. Could you please share why the zoom lens instead of primes?
Yes, an excellent video. One note, though I felt the model was squinting a little bit, and the lights were too bright. The first photograph was the best.
you said you shoot your clients with the white and the 'gray' background so you can sell them more images. i saw your video when you discussed your pricing (i couldnt tell you when i watched it or when you made it) but do you sell your clients EACH image that they want? i.e. "come in, get photos made. buy AN image with a white (strobed) background. AND MAYBE (well with your talent and skills of COURSE they want more) they also buy an image with the gray (unstrobed) background?" do you also sell them an image with a black background? your fee of $x,0xxxx (i wont say because its YOUR business) does that include any images? is each image that same fee or is there a different pricing schedule? i just shot some headshots (not as good as yours of course) using the same 3-light set up with a 4th on the background for white (as a promotional thing for the local non-profit museum) and they got an image of each staffer with a white background and a 'zero' background so they could throw the image over a promotional poster/graphic...
Great video! Thanks for showing creative ways to use V-Flats. . . "Speaking as a model," your final images are SHA-BANGING!

Peter is a legend.
Peter is the GOAT! Awesome vid.
Thanks but it would be nice to see an overhead or wide view of the room to guage the relative positioning of all the V-flats & LED.
The button undone had me wondering if the shirt fits properly
I wish I could justify spending $6k for his light setup but I do love my v flats!
great vid true lighting/posing perfection

“Just swift your ballsack towards your left leg”, love a company with sense of humor! Today I’m going to make my first vflat purchase!
Superb quality! That studio setup looks like it costs twice as much as my car, at least. 😅

If people could be more honest, they'd admit how painful this is.
Sorry you are in pain. Which part in particular was the most painful for you?
