I do not think that Harley was even going to try to beat him up; he just wanted to be intimidated, dangerous in order to get his way. I was always wondering how Harley Joey, and Frankie always pulled these shanagings but never got into any trouble.
This all stems from the Harley actor having a break down during filming season 2 which is why for 1 episode he was replaced by another actor & then his character was written off the show for awhile. Enter Adam Scott until this show down
im really disappointed theses two weren't in girl meets world. say they adopted a boy and girl, because they obviously are still together, the boy would have been poetry sensitive, and the girl would have been the bully.

Uh Griff is clearly better! He gets Robert Goulet to sing to him in detention, has side hook-ups with Yasmine Bleeth, and not to mention doesn't need to push around Corey to make himself feel superior. Harley is classic Elvis rip-off with a complex, Griff has class and swag.
Harley's the classic high school bully we all can relate to while Griff is more of an entrepreneur/hustler who knows how to benefit from his situations without intimidating anyone. Like Harley says about Griff. "He's a thinker, this one."
I like the actor who plays Griff Adam Scott in this show and in Parks and Recreation. I did not like his character in Step Brothers because he was cruel.
