    Do you feel like you're stuck in a rut? Too busy to fix your life? Waiting for things to get better on their own?
    Last month, I took up the MONK MODE by Iman Gadzhi as a challenge for 25 days. I built a routine with 5 HABITS that helped me focus on my goals, become more disciplined, and ultimately resulted in me being 10x more productive💪
    In this video I walk you through that routine, share some tips that worked really well for me, the promises I made to myself, and how I personalised the routine to fit my lifestyle!
    One thing I've learned through the years is that traditional goal setting doesn't always work and Monk Mode's sprint mode approach helped me build lasting habits.
    I am continuing the Monk Mode challenge for another 21 days this month as well, BUT with 5 NEW HABITS! (mentioned in the video)

    No fap is the biggest lie ever I said to myself ,so for that I have started my monk mode 3 days before, ur video really helps me with it to stay motivated , also I will start writing 30mins per day. I will come after 21 days to check the results

      1. Reading atleast 10 pages every day. 2. Meditating every day for 15 minutes .3No phone one hour before and after i wake up. Particularly this habit , I have been really struggling with this habit of mine. I will do it regardless of how hard it turns out to be. I will come again after 30 days to post what changes these habits have brought into my life.

    After your insta stories I started my Monk Mode and now 2 of my friends have also joined. It has helped me so much and it's a lot of fun to do with people you love. After a good thought I decided my 5 tasks some of which were inspired by you. 1. Less than 4 hours of mobile screen time 2. Walk 10k steps 3.Meditate for 10 mins 4. Read min 10 pages 5. Eat dry fruits. I'm on day 14 and I see the change it is bringing. Lots of love to you ❤❤

    Last summer I used to wake up by 6 am and be in the gym by 7 am, winters ruined my schedule 🥲 Thanks for the motivation will try to get back to my old routine 🙌

    I'm struggling with consistency, I decide to do things but I'm not able to complete them. So I'm up for this monk challenge
    My promises for the next 25 days
    1- Meditate (5min minimum)
    2- Sleep at 10
    3- No social media 1hr before and after sleep (use phone only for podcasts, spiritual content)
    4- Exercise (Min 10 min walk)
