Be careful with the coaches you hire to run your youth teams, especially the HC and AM. 1) make sure they START out as utilizing a similar style tactic. You can get away with hiring a HC who uses a Controlled Progression while you use Tiki Taka or Vertical TT but if hes purely a defensive style (Counter, Park the Bus, etc) tactician then it will take him close to an entire season to get up to speed with your tactic even if his adaptability is 16+. 2) Make sure they use a formation close to your own. Same as the above but dealing more with if they use a back 4 or a back 5. 3) Make sure the youth team's HC and AM have as high of a tactical rating as possible. Ive found this to be one of the most important factors in helping to mold your youth squad into your tactic. Anything 15 or above is ideal but most coaches like that are already coaching at the top level rather than youth teams. Move on from coaches with under a 10, youre just wasting development time. 4) This can go down as possibly the most obvious but also most important: grab coaches who are Professional or Model Citizens across the board. Those hidden attributes will quickly rub off on young players. Its even more important than mentorships when your youth players hit 1st team football as youre bequeathing them with positive attributes while theu are young and professional. You'll have to pay close attention when hiring these coaches. It doesnt matter if your youth teams win at all costs. Your true goal is to imprint your team's tactics and personality on youth players so when they move up they will not only know how your team plays but also what is expected from them both on and off the field.
In contracts remember to take away some promises, they will just make the player unhappy alot the time. Also dont give him what he wants, 99% of the times you can push their wages and % down alot.

i dont agree with the friendlies,i lead them so i rotate players for match fitness
