Good video! May I ask how many degrees angle you keep looking to the left with your eyes? If you turn your head while looking left, you have to change the point you're looking to (while keeping your eyes to the left), isn't it? And is this the best PRI excersise to reposition the cervical/cranium?
Its tough to put an exact degree to it. Keep a leftward gaze but don't over do it so that you strain your eyes. You're right that you have to change the focus of where you're looking when you turn your head. And this is definitely a good one but it isnt the best one to start with as it is standing and unsupported, which is quite difficult
Thats great! This is a very difficult exercise as it integrates left peripheral vision and optic flow with left stance. Great job working on this and welcome to your left side!@@jonathanthechristian5558
This is training left stance with right trunk rotation and dissociation of the head on neck as well as head on orbit (gaze/eyeballs) with relative left gaze

This is actually quite difficult
After doing this I actually feel weight on my left foot 😮

what the purpose this exercises
Theres a lot going on. Some research is required to understand PRI techniques.
