And, to address the second part of workaround and to get rid of it, Robotics would be playing crucial role, every vehicles passing on the signal would have chip like we have in cards n Robots on Signal with readers would just read the status of their PUC or Insurance policy, and if missing then would auto generate Chalan n send it online for payment. Today already we have Government Apps like Digilocker already storing data of registered user, going forward it would be compulsory. This is bound to happen in a decade or two. Thereafter, role of Police officer would reduce to controller who are currently also performing role of collections, which has many workaround.

There are no saints, Lawyers and Judges are definitely not saints. This person represented pvt medical colleges and Deemed universities against NEET. Of course he made money fighting for them. There was rampant corruption and malpractices by pvt medical colleges and Deemed universities before NEET. This guy represented those pvt medical colleges not because they were right but because they paid him well. When it comes to judgements regarding lakhs of medical students/doctors or some important issue these guys take forever deciding fate of doctors and inturn crores of ailing patients. When it comes to granting a bail for film star or a politician they open the court at night. Every judge Should declare their association with pvt companies post retirement. Either direct or through their families.
