Swati mam i see very rarely someone raise such issue, first of all great work to spread awareness regarding such things as it will be very useful for the future kids to know what's going on in corporate jobs. i already knew after my college when i started to apply for jobs and worked a little bit and knew this is not for me and understood for long term i will not be happy with what i am doing the culture was so toxic in my office that i left immediately without any notice. this is the story around the world and people don't report and as you said only after covid people understood life and started to apply for WFH.
Like I said it can be seen anywhere but then there are places with good environment as well.So you can just try to be aware of such situations & learn how to tackle with that
