    Hi Sara...I just found your video a couple of days ago after picking up some Mandala yarn that I didn't know what to use it for being a 3 weight. Anyhow it turned out perfect! I made it longer, but it's super cute! I hope my daughter thinks so when she opens it Christmas morning. Thank You!!! 😋 Your directions were spot on.

    I like this pattern. Only thing I changed was at the end of each row I chained 1 instead of three and went back into the same stitch and did the first double crochet. It’s difficult for me to work with top stitches of a turning chain. Great pattern. Will be making another one

    I just finished this but used Lion Brand Shawl in a Ball for a dressier look. It turned out great but had to add a few rows to make 67. I'll be making more with fifferent yarns! Love the pattern. Thank you!💖

    Thank you so much. I’m in the process of making this and can’t believe o how easy you made it. Wondering if there is a matching slouch beanie pattern with the same pattern. Thanks a million for your clear explanation

    This will look good this winter with fingerless gloves and hat to match. I like the fingerless gloves because i wear white and black gloves and change the fingerless gloves over the top to match what ever hat scarf or shawl im wearing.

    Hi sara. Im currently working on an infinity scarf that was inspired by this scarf. Differences are the addition of a third row of shells, a dc between each shell, the omission of the first and last row of dc (first row has shells worked into a foundation chain) and using the ch1 dc into first stitch in place of ch 3. I would like to put the pattern on my ravelry page (with a link back to your original of course with note that yours was the inspiration of mine). I will not be putting a price on mine, thus not profiting from it, but would like to seek your permission to post. Thanks :)
    Ps my mum who had crocheted years ago but hadn't for over 2 decades recently relearned whow to crochet with your pattern and it is lovely :) thankyou

      Hum, That seems somewhat unethical to me. Why don't you just put it on Ravelry as a project.

    Hi Sara I just finished this video. Is there a blanket we could do with this yarn or throw? I don’t care for shawls

    • @SaraSach

    Hi Sara, how would this pattern go using Sport or Fingering weights?. Could it me made wider as well?. I have never used either, and would like to make a scarf for a friend. Thank you. :)

    • @SaraSach
      @SaraSach  5 років тому

      I Would Stick with (3) Weight yarn For this project. The information for adjusting the size is in the link in the notes under the video.

    Hi Sara, I love this pattern, so much so, that I would love to make a much bigger piece than the Skinny Scarf. I’m thinking a blanket or throw as a gift for a dear friend, so I was wondering if you could tell me the multiple of this pattern. Thanks in advance and I look forward to your next tutorial....

      Sara Sach thank you, I’ll do just that. The sizing has always thrown me off kilter a bit, but now that I see a completely different way of accomplishing the same, it’s so much easier, thanks again my friend... I hope you and yours have a wonderful week.
