I'm a life-long exerciser but at 65 years old, I need to watch my lower back a little bit - so I appreciate breaking a good sweat without getting too crazy. :)
This was my first workout in a couple years due to injury and life and it was great! I love the circuit style and I love the fact that first round is basics and second round adds a challenge so I was able to do the challenge and several moves but for ones that I wasn’t ready yet I could stick to the basics. Would love more workouts like these!

I hear ya they may not be your fav but for most of this year I have been doing ‘other’ UA-camr workouts, and they hardly do them. I noticed a difference in my overall fitness (as I do cardio like swimming/running.) So came back to Amy for the swings and she is just better overall IMO.
Liked that. I hate hiit it makes me feel tired and sick during and after tired. This is exhilarating and went quickly and felt worked without being put off
I LOVED the BONUS MOVE Amy! I also LOVE doing circuits and how we used different equipment and add different moves the second time! CHALLENGING format. Thank-u Amy!!
Amy, I personally really liked this! It was definitely challenging, but not to the point where I couldn't do it. I love workouts like this. 35 minutes is perfect. I feel really accomplished and like everything in my body was worked hard.

This was terrific! So fun and invigorating that I didn't realize until 15 minutes late that I forgot to wake up my daughter 😂
