    Jappon, can I cancel at anytime. Also do I have to top up monthly, I prefer to top up myself.

      Mira, I am not sure what their subscription methods are at this time, I believe you can do monthly. Or a one time fee. It should be listed on the website.

    Do you think it's better than duolingo?
    How good is it with kanji?

    • @Jappon
      @Jappon  3 роки тому +3

      In terms of Kanji, you do not get dedicated instruction with specific characters. However, you can still learn them effectively as within the app one of my favourite features, is the ability to flip between kanji or romaji to spell and write words as you play. This will help you get familiar. This app is quite different than Duolingo. In terms of practicing without feeling repetitive and being able to dynamically use what you learn is a clear strength behind this app.

      Most definitely Ling is the daddy

    Which is better, Ling or Lingodeer?

    • @Jappon
      @Jappon  3 роки тому +2

      In my opinion, Ling is great if your looking for more dynamic ways to practice using a language. However, Lingodeer provides more insight on how the language works. So in short. The trade-off is Ling is practice focused, with more basic instructions. Lingodeer is more teaching focused, with less dynamic real world practice methods. I hope this helps! Thanks for commenting. I love sharing various tools that may suit peoples preferences. What tool if your current favourite?

      id say that
      For asian languages, Lingodeer.
      For any other, Ling app (specially if its one of those niche languages)

    How to use Irish for this Ling

    • @Jappon
      @Jappon  3 роки тому

      When you load the app you can select the language you wish to learn. Please scroll through the list and find the Irish you are searching for :)

    I am learning Irish and I am doing well however..............half way through my lessons I am asked to give my long card number and then scan from my debit card, is this legitimate?

    • @Jappon
      @Jappon  3 роки тому

      If you're playing through the trial that would make sense as you would need to pay to unlock the rest of the app. Yes this app is legitimate. However if you are concerned you should reach out to their support team if you have any questions around purchasing. Thanks.

      @@Jappon thank you, I want to use the £8 per month so is it best to renew every month and stop when I wish to? And lastly where do I find the support team?

      Likewise, Jappon. Making good progress, I am following your advice on taking notes of new vocabulary.

    • @Jappon
      @Jappon  3 роки тому +1

      Thats really awesome, I am glad the tips have been helping you out. This vocabulary technique has also been helping me a lot lately!
      It's awesome when new vocabulary you learn comes up in a new section you are learning and you don't have to focus too hard on it, and can focus on grammar. Its a huge speed boost when things align :)
