For a next vlog: could you elaborate on training planning over a longer period of time. You briefly mentioned starting with focus on 200 sets as a base, then switch to 100 pace sets. Could you elaborate on that? Does your dad do al the planning, or are you involved?

So pumped that ISL is putting a club here in NYC. I'm curious where they'll train, compete, etc given that there are only three competition regulation long course pools in the entire city (Lehman in the Bronx, Asphalt Green in Manhattan, and Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens).
Also I know that the teams will be in SCM format but a regulation LCM pool can make that transition whereas all the other pools in the city that are scy (or less) can't.
I would like to see a video about Kaatsu training; on that note how can I see information about purchasing a Kaatsu machine and bands, I can't find it anywhere online. Cool video, keep up the good work!

Blue light not only effects your eyes but also your skin ! It penetrates deeper than uvb and uva rays from the sun, try some blue light protective skin care ! (Pur minerals is my favourite and they use good ingredients)
