If you are a swimmer that means you love it, for me at least, i LOVE training ! Especially when you do a hard set and then get to finish it well... so cool, it gives you a feeling of accomplishment.

It was so cool to see them filming this in the Olympic Training Center. I live in Colorado Springs, so it is not unusual for my team to train in the facility. It really makes you think that these amazing athletes are just like anyone else. They just work harder than anyone in and out of practice. And almost anyone can put in the work and do the things that they do.
