For Custard
3- Cans of condensed milk ( 2- pies )
9- Egg yolks
12 oz- Lemon Juice from fresh squeezed lemons;which equals 4oz per can
¼ to ½ Tsp Lemon zest ( optional for more Lemon flavor )
Meringue
1- cup sugar
Egg white from 9- eggs
½ Tsp cream of TarTar
1 Tsp pure vanilla
