I have read some comments and nobody talked about graduate school. If you are in a sought-after field you can receive as much as 50% assistantship and pay in-state tuition. Even with 25% assistantship you will pay in-state tuition. Also easier to receive US student visa. Things are not as bleak as the original commentary.

Ones you go out of status for not replied to the school for 2 months, the school will assume you not coming. They will cancel your f1-status which will make you illegal. Ones that happen, you’ll have to get lawyer to get reinstated which is really expensive. No school will be willing to take you since they know your motive. You cannot live the country because ones you live, you won’t be able to come back for a long time since you abused your status.
I spoke about cheap community colleges and universities videos. Go watch them, go to their website and then check their fees if you want very precise. But in my video I gave you the tuition minus fees.

Naa cheap school for masters won’t affect it and only apply to schools that are accredited. Cheap schools doesn’t mean they not accredited. Do your due diligence to make sure they accredited. That’s your job to figure out. It’s your life. Make sure you know why you chose the school whether is cheap or not and why that particular school. Be specific not general.

Yes you can start working right away but in order to do that, you need to secure a social security # right when you arrive on campus even before the start of class because it takes time to get it. You can get started if you find a job only on campus. Try food service, they always looking for people. Secondly, reach out to the international office and let them help you connect to current students during the semester who may have a place available or might know someone looking for a roommate.

you can search up 'your system' converted to gpa. I applied to the US and I did the IB. My school translated my Ib grades to a GPA. However, the colleges should do that for you as each college will have a slightly different formula. When you submit your transcript to the school you are applying to the school should calculate your GPA. You can always ask the school what your calculated GPA is.

you can search up 'your system' converted to gpa. I applied to the US and I did the IB. My school translated my Ib grades to a GPA. However, the colleges should do that for you as each college will have a slightly different formula. When you submit your transcript to the school you are applying to the school should calculate your GPA. You can always ask the school what your calculated GPA is.

Not going to lie, it will be hard to pay depending on your lifestyle. In general, when you look at the USA statistics, it’s even hard for USA citizens to pay off their student loans. You an international student and have a lot of restrictions. They don’t but still struggles. So ask yourself, is it worth the trouble?
