One of my high school students corrected me and I took that opportunity to confirm what he said by looking it up with him in that moment, saw he was accurate, gave him credit, apologized and we moved on to the next step. Being corrected by a student isn’t a big deal unless your ego is too big to accept it.

We live in a different climate now. Back then, we didn't challenge teachers. Also based on Amanda's current demeanor and tone, I'm willing to bet she wasn't the most respectful person back then.

If someone offered me a million dollars if I told them what I did that day in the kitchen , i couldn't tell them . I don't know if I cooked , cleaned , passed out & woke up & Katt was still talking . 😅 That's all I know . I couldn't believe all of the secrets he was just throwing on the table , like he was just passing out a deck of cards . Not these people in the literal "Entertainment Industry" keeping you entertained on who has the best diss track and not on who was awarded the Nobrl Peace Prize this year. Or anything to do with real reality lol. Its prophetic to say regular guys on the Joe Rogan Podcast aren't really funny and shouldn't be there? Really!? No shit lmao. Would you say a magic 8 ball is prophetic if you ask it that and it agrees😂 what benefit to our reality does exposing rappers, comedians, and movie stars do? I didn't even know Shannon had a podcast until the Katt one was broadcast. I've watched several others, since then because I was impressed with what a great host he was. And how he allowed the guest to speak. Asked poignant questions without being confrontational, and one can sense the comfort that the guest feels because of that. All in all, I'm impressed. And we get to know more about Shannon, other than him being a great footballer and learn how emotionally mature, intelligent, and insightful he is. Something that we never really had any exposure to, other than a few short side-line interviews, etc. In fact, I'm just learning about this channel, because you're featuring Shannon. So much is being revealed about so many. I pray that we can all find ourselves on the receiving end of good graces. Thanks, Shannon and Cam for these great podcasts. Its always wonderful to expand one's horizons.

Katt Williams was himself, REAL honest, whole, pure, genuine, sharp, brillant, truthful, sincere & professional. Katt dominated the interview from the start of the interview to the end.
Don't know yet, if Katt had college training in speech courses, but Katt put it all out into the bright light. He delivered on January 3, 2024 what the world needed to be reminded of Hollywood.
Being that I attended a private college in my hometown and had to take 3 courses in Speech Classes, the first thing my Professor said, was to capture the audience attention from the start of an interview. Exactly what Katt Williams gave.

We got Barrack Obama, Michelle Obama, Neil Degrasse Tyson, Lieutenant Colonel Randy Gordon, David Goggins and I could go on with thousands of names out here helping keep the world spinning everyday but Katt Williams the Comdeian, movie star entertainer tells us how the Entertainment industry is fake and you shouldn't believe it instead. Talking about who had the better diss-track, most Spotify listeners, most subscribers to their tomfoolery UA-cam content, who is funny on a podcast between friends, predators taking advantage young kids/adult for "fame." On the other end we have JRE episodes with Dwayne the Rock doing crazy numbers too. A pretend wrestler megamovie star and ufc commentator/martial artist and comedian. At least for everyday shitty comedian on the Joe Rogan podcast we at least get episodes with doctors, scientists, lawyers, criminals, military commanders etc.

The universe played a role in Katt’s interview. Katt said he was the 102nd audition for Friday after next. Shannon’s 102nd guest was Katt and it was filmed on 1/02. It was meant for that interview to take place on that day for whatever reason. On top of that, the interview wasn’t trending on UA-cam. It reached 20 million views in 2 weeks. Shannon had a whole other experience in school.

@cynthiaevans7371 , I was also in accelerated classes (in the deep South, by the way) from elementary through high school.... such environments indeed embrace and foster the idea to challenge theories, thoughts, people, etc. A possible factor to consider regarding the difference between Shannon and Amanda's views on her approach to her teacher is that they are of different generations. Shannon's generation maybe was taught to prioritize the position/authority first and foremost, in my opinion. I can definitely remember the adage (in the South, at least) that a child should be seen and not heard . On the other hand, our accelerated programs modeled a different thought process of respectfully testing and challenging information, etc. Perhaps, different childhood decades is simply why their viewpoints aren't the same on this particular matter.
