Love these, favorite being the clear lower 1/3. Great way to upgrade a budget optic like a Holo or Sig, especially when Primary Arms has a deal on them.
I appreciate you putting up this review I was just thinking of picking one up. Setting up my 11.5 for running with a gas mask and for cqb runs. This should be perfect
I wish they listed the torque specs to rail not the optic somewhere. And the pillar design makes backup iron sights a no go. Got mine for around $95 and for 50 bucks more I think I'd prefer Scalarworks mount.
@@euegnest0ner199 Yessir. No going back for me. Great balance of vertical head position for offhand, but can get a solid cheek/chinweld for prone or supported shooting. I actually love the Unity 2.26" for moving around, but it's worthless for me when it comes to anything supported. I grabbed a ScalarWorks LEAP 1.93" for my other rig. 1.93" is great.
Steve Fisher! Love that big ass caveman! Ivan, have you ever considered taking a class with Aaron Cowan/Safe Dynamics or Mark Smith/JBS Training Group?
I have Scalar & Reptilia 1.93. I prefer the Unity height for short distance shooting while standing/moving. But the other they are still great at those activities AND I can get enough of a chin weld to be accurate out to 500. Unity has my face floating (no bueno for distance). Reptilia & Scalar work superbly for me.
Will this mount work with this:VOTATU RMD502-EG Green Dot Sight for Rifle Shake Awake Reflex Sight 2 MOA Dot 62 MOA Circle 1x30mm Picatinny Optic Scope.
Other than looks is there a practical reason to take off the new primary arms Glx mount for the MD-25? Just snagged a md25 and the mounts description seems well thought out. Might snag a used reptilla or ADM but honestly if the supplied mount works well might not. Any insight? Thank you.
Great Content Great review: I do have a rant about optic mounts in general. with no offense intended to you or anybody else but, those prices are absolutely insane for a small piece of aluminum. especially an optic mount. it is no wonder paces like Amazon etc. Thrives, and consumers buy foreign made Chinesiam products instead of USA made products..

Love hearing Clint's voice!!!!
Bucket list to take one of his classes
Definitely recognizable
The very definition of gravel.

I’ve got one of these mounted to my Holosun 503 and it’s been great! The price, quality and lockup on my BCM upper has been really secure!
Got the lower 1/3 reptilia mount for the Holosun 503 on my pcc… very affordable and robust. Satisfied customer 😊

Wonder why they didn’t put a peep hole in it. Missed opportunity
I like there grips also
Just grabbed on for my SBR. Removing the LT660 saved over an ounce. Head position is much better.

I use to run these but then switched to Unity Fast risers and personally prefer Unity just runs amazing for me.
Im considering switching to unity but lower 1/3 is much more comfortable for me. I wish there was a 1.93 ftc magnifier

Great Vid!! Great piece of kit!!
Damn man, been running this exact same setup for a while now on every single gun. Now they’re bout to be outta stock all the time 😭
If you run 1.93” for trijicon mro will it work with the Unity flip to center mount for Eotech g43 ? Thank you

Have you had any issues with the screws coming loose on it?
What handguard is being used when he is laying on the rocks shooting?
The mount is so low profile (thin & skinny) it mskes the OPTIC snag everything, because it overhangs the mount too much.
I've tried the 1.93 mounts and it's a bit too high for me,1.53-.167ish lower 1/3 is perfect for me.

When did everything become over a $100.
What optic are you running ?
Unpopular opinion: Two inch optic height on a rifle isn't "LoW pRoFiLe".
Semper Fi. 0351
You look like you are in a snow globe.
I'm a scalarworks simp
That Price tho 💔

Just a smitch taller and you run the risk of an airplane crashing into it, once the US is in need for another war;)
