Accountability is the only solution for many problems.
I fully endorse this observation. Make the civil servants accountable to their decisions and outcomes. That is the need of the hour. 75 years of administrative freedom has not made officers accountable to their political leanings, pleasing the powerful by undue favouring and not caring the poor and the needy.
Accountability is missing at all levels in our administration.
