I just received a shipment of wine from DFW with a bottle from this vineyard. Mireille and Philippe what wonderful wine growers you are. The love and respect you have for the earth shines through both of you and that comes through in your wine . The wine was superb. Thank you both for setting such a beautiful example on how to live a simple beautiful life.

Do you use yeast, sulphur and any other preservative. If not what's wrong in mentioning it.

The purpose of this video is not to give a detailed explanation of our processes, but we are happy to answer any questions.
We only use natural yeasts, and very low quantities of sulphites, way below the maximum levels authorized for certified organic or biodynamic wines.
As you may know, Dry Farm Wines has its own definition of natural wine (which is more strict than just organic wine) and is the only distributor we know which runs its own lab tests to check whether the wines they plan to select actually comply with their requirements. Confidence is built on transparency and control. This is one of the many reasons why we are proud and happy to be part of the DFW community!
