WINTER in CAPE TOWN: Chasing the SUN

Cape Town has been blessed with more rains this winter, yet when the SUN shines, we get outside and make the most of it. This weekend when the sun came out, we ran 14km (Raven and I) and walked just over 10km up the Capaia Wine Route mountain bike trails. This video is your sign to get outside and enjoy what your surroundings have to offer! No matter where you live, when the sun shines go outside and seize the moment!

Lol, thank you! You don't even have to walk or run, there are plenty of beautiful places around SA that we can just sit on a bench and enjoy the beauty without even having to move❤️ may i suggest a wine farm🍷have glass for me too!! 🥂❤️
