I flew 700km for a BEACH RUN

This week I'm in the Eastern Cape to visit my sister and celebrate her birthday with her. Straight off the plane we headed to the bay for a beach run, and I spent the next couple days learning to SLOW DOWN. (something that is rather easy to do in this friendly, sunny, slow-moving province)Thanks Hannah and Frans for having me here #grateful
