my time in the Eastern Cape was so much fun, my first time in Addo Elephant park seeing the African Elephants in all their glory. We did some dog walks and dog runs, a 10K race, and I got to appreciate all the little things Gqeberha has to offer. Heritage Day - South Africa 24 Sept (also my sister's birthday) we celebrated in one of the world's most beautiful, natural playgrounds. We'll take you along two hikes with us, to the Storms River Suspension Bridges and the Blue Duiker Trail. So proud to call this country my home.

This week I'm in the Eastern Cape to visit my sister and celebrate her birthday with her. Straight off the plane we headed to the bay for a beach run, and I spent the next couple days learning to SLOW DOWN.
