MF6485 - drawing silage in first person

So in this video I'm driving a Massey 6485 dynashift and I'm drawing silage with a 12 ton, 16 foot kane trailer. Drawing alongside a 6920s.
I'll admit, not my best driving, you'll have to excuse the ridiculous reversing I do at the end, I ended up just swinging straight around in the yard for the rest of the loads, I just wasn't sure if I had the turning circle to do that at first, it's quite a big tractor for our area.
And I'm sorry I closed the window just as the harvester was coming on song 😅. I regret that now.
That's the first cut done anyway, next video is putting out some slurry with the Ford again. That video is out the 7th of November.

How do u lock the tail door? Is it just on a spool or do u have to manually do

You can sort of see how it works there. You know how any door in your house works, on the door itself there's a spring loaded triangle shaped brass catch, and on the door frame there is a slot for the brass piece to go into.
On the trailer the spring loaded catch is in the floor and the tail door has a little tab on it right in the middle at the bottom. The catch goes up and down automatically on a mechanical linkage when you tip up the trailer. After you tip the load and the trailer comes down, when the body is nearly at the bottom the catch pops up and when the door smacks into it it'll clip in (that's what the spring is for).
That's the best I can explain it without showing you, hope you know what I mean.
*edit* yeah in that video there you can hear the click when the catch let's go just as he starts to tip it up.

Yeah dynashift in a Massey is essentially the same as quadrashift in a Renault. Kind of like dyna6 and hexashift as well.
