Excellent description. I am proud of being father of Gentleman Cadet who is going to complete the training at IMA. It is matter of credibility and pride that he cracked CDS as well as SSB at Allahabad( which is generally known as Rejection Board)at first attempt, without any sort of coaching etc.

Hello sir, firstly heartily congratulations to you. Sir I am preparing for CDS AND SSB and due to financial problem I can't take coaching. I need a bit of guidelines for CDSE AND SSB.

@@sumitpandey2582 give the written exam for whichever you're eligible and then if u clear the written exam then u go for ssb which is 5 days process in which u get interviewed by officers and board members and various other tests are done, if u clear that then u have to clear the medicals and then after clearing the medicals u go the respective academy.

15:55 note the greatest respect with which Nb Subedar Sanjay Kumar, PVC is addressed by Maj Arya. "Hamare liye izzat ki baat hai ki aaj aapse baat kar rahen hain". No other award in India can get you that respect. It may be No.2 to Bharat Ratna on paper but in reality it is no.1

Well he is a jco and all jco's in indian army are addressed as shahab ,may it be chief of army staf or any other officer rank..
No medal is higher than the human who wears it. Izzat toh PVC ki badi h jo Nb Subedar sahab ne pehna h. Same for any other military decoration.

The people who don't know about Rifleman Sanjay Kumar, Here is his story-
He volunteered to be the leading scout of the attacking column tasked to capture area Flat Top of Point 4875 in the Mushkoh Valley on 4 July 1999. During the attack when enemy automatic fire from one of the sangars posed stiff opposition and stalled the column, Rifleman Sanjay Kumar realising the gravity of the situation and with utter disregard to his personal safety, charged at the enemy. In the ensuing hand-to-hand combat, he killed three of the intruders and was himself seriously injured. Despite his injuries, he charged on to the second sangar. He was bleeding profusely but he refused to be evacuated. Rifleman Sanjay Kumar displayed most conspicuous gallantry, cool courage and devotion to duty of an exceptionally high order in the face of the enemy and was awarded India’s highest gallantry award the Param Vir Chakra.
