- One epic road trip to the South Island of New Zealand. Three riders finding freedom in the winter sun. Multiple layers, new season winter apparel put to the test. Memories are made. Fires relit. Daily grinds left behind.
Hayden, Nina and Pat each had a reason they needed to reconnect with the bike. We took them on a journey to Paradise, a ski station on New Zealand’s stunning South Island. A spirit-salving journey in the biting winter cold.
We take this opportunity to acknowledge Māori as tangata whenua and Treaty of Waitangi partners in Aotearoa New Zealand. We pay my respects to the mana whenua of the land on which we travel. We acknowledge elders past and present and Traditional Custodians of the lands collectively known as Aotearoa.
