I have been living in North County SD for 5 years now and please believe it, this is multi million dollar property now, no lowriders or Chicano's more like Audi's and Dixie chicks....California is going through a second gold rush, if you own any land by the coast........you are very wealthy.
I drove around there yesterday and i did not expect that neighborhood to be that upscale. Definitely some expensive properties and wealthy ppl that live in that area now.

I had no idea raza lived in solana beach. My boss who passed away months ago would always tell me that he would go to Tonys bar after work. Since he was a white guy I thought tonys was some white-washed restaurant. Never thought it would be a historic restaurant in a neighborhood full of chicanos. I have to go there now

With that being said it’s still cool to go there because it’s a piece of history that’s still owned by the same family. Eden Gardens has become very gentrified, but like I said it still has a little soul. It might be completely gone in 20 years.
