Brilliant Cpk - Create a great control plan

As and Engineer can you improve your process Cpk? Do you know how to reduce process variation? It really is simple when you know how....
You just have to create a great control plan, not an inspection plan!

Sorry but I've worked with a lot of Black belts and they earned exactly the same as other engineers of the same grade or level. This is in both aerospace and defence.

Good to hear from you......Yes you're undoutedly right, so have I. The phrase I used was a world class blackbelt, I don't mean someone with a Certifcate...

Nice video Paul. Tell me, did you use an editor for the Black Belt book? I’m asking because, with the utmost respect, the quality (SPAG) wasn’t great in previous titles. Also, which dry markers do you use?

Thanks for the comment - No I try edit myself, which from your comment, doesn't work that well!
Reading and reading the text over the over is hard work. Maybe I'll look for an editor to help. The dry markers on the market are all pretty rubbish. I've tried expensive and cheap and they are all just as bad. So I tend buy cheap ones and change them regularly..
