The combat actually looks pretty cool. I'm especially loving the combat animations for the classes with a summon or stand

I’m confused…Do you play as different characters kind of like genshin or is there an option to play as the given classes with a character customization feature?
This is always a selling point for me. I don't really want to play as different characters. I want to build out my own character, especially if it's an MMO. Seeing a bunch of the same character running around pulls me way out of feeling immersed.
From my understanding of watching gameplay footage from the CN client: You begin with a class and are then (later on as you progress within the game) prompted to choose between two "awakenings" for the class you've chosen (ala Black Desert). As an example: Musketeer is the base class for the following awakenings: Bounty Hunter and Launcher classes. My understanding is that monetization is akin to Lost Ark and somewhat like BDO - so it's P2W. All of that to say, characters are not obtained from gacha, but rather, the enhancement system is RNG-based.
I don't think this one will be for me. They can make the game as flashy and pretty as they want, but if the classes are just hero characters, that means the cosmetics are going to be lame full body skins you probably have to pay money for and the items you get will just be stat sticks. If we are lucky it won't be a gacha system to obtain the characters and instead have the hero characters be dedicated classes. What a mess the industry has become.
Like SoulWorker/Closers/Elsword/Dungeon Fighter Online I think would be the closest comparison.

Good part is. Its not gacha. Bad part is, its the "king of all pay-to-win" instead (at least CN).

Damn, I like the characters! They look awesome, some pretty unique characters, while others aren't new by any means. They still look badass, can't wait for this one to come out

I live in africa and we barely have servers in most games, let alone a CBT test to include anywhere in the region 😂, will def wait for the official release tho. hope it's not a cash-grab mmo.

it's crazy how so many devs said hold my beer and yet we're still waiting for a single out like 8 or 9 genshin competitors, I genuinely think the government needs to regulate tease time horizons, because you spend years being blue balled only to set your expectations way too high and not even enjoy the game when it finally releases. I literally quite Genshin bc of the ZZZ and WW news and that was a year ago, give me my damn game already!

I played the Chinese version of this game for 2 days(about 15=--ppppp hours in total). The combat system is just not for me. It's only spanning skills and there is only one kind of auto-attack, which is right-click. There is very little combo possibility or cancellation. I guess this is the price you have to pay for mobile game. Overall, 95/100 graphics but 60/100 combat. It's not worth my time.
Pc and Mobile so already a giant red flag and it looks fixed characters I'm skeptical

This one looks mid imo! Well anyway if we move past that looking forward to blue protocol, Wuthering waves which is a better version of Genshit Midpact, Zenless Zone Zero and Project MUGEN. I'm looking forward to playing nikkes new event later on today, Warframe has a huge update tomorrow, Honkai star rails new banners came yesterday which I pulled on got quite lucky for my F2P account on PS5, I got E1 Hanya, E1 Lynx, my Asta was E4 now is E6 lol, game akso gave me Welts best in slot lightcone and hes E1 too. On nikke I have roughly 110 pulls to use to get the new Ludmila character and maybe Rupee winter shopper if I i get lucky!
I bet it will be the next underwhelming Tower of Fantasy.

@@QusaiAlshayeb unless its a true MMO like wow or lost ark, the art style, gameplay and everything looks the same. it's both mobile and pc so I'm assuming gatcha model or something similar.
The answer is just simple your are play just genshin and compare every things to genshin and gacha game was made before genshin

@@creamgravy1 I will definitely check this game out. The combat is definitely an improvement since there is more than 2 abilities, lets hope its not as clunky as genshin. But at 4:23, it looks like abyss from genshin. Also doesn't help that at 5:40 , he is already comparing it to tower of fantasy. I hope its not a "mmo" like genshin but more of a mmo like lost ark.
