I enjoy your videos and I plan on getting a fang root rake for my mini also tho you might consider getting a ripper tooth for your mini might be better and easier on the machine trying to break a root one at a time then mop up with the fang, that’s my game plan anyway. Looking forward to any updates on your beaver dams.

Gordo Well I had thought about that attachment instead of the fang. But went with the fang because I knew I would be building huge brush piles to burn. I’m glad I did, based in my situation. Everybody’s job is different. I love that fang! And honestly, leading edge attachments made the whole ordering, buying process very simple. Yes, it was a lot more then I had hoped for, but I still don’t have any regrets.

Dennis Conrad oh I agree the fang is the implement to have in fact I have contacted the company because I want to make sure it works with my j Deere thumb and they were very helpful. Check out the Dirt Ninja channel he swears by the root rake for getting the stump out then switch to the root rake great combo.

Gordo Well I’m sure you already know this if you contacted the company. But they will have you take all kinds of measurements. Then they custom build it for your machine and thumb. For example. I believe (but not sure) their website says the fang is 30” wide. Mine came in at 33” wide. I believe that’s because of the thumb I have. But not totally sure. The quality can not be beat! I think I’ve already seen that channel.
