Actually now that i think of it, what would've been cool if we got an Ursus event featuring USSG girls and Absinthe as the main character. She can get new character ark, as well as alter form that have changed her fraction to USSG. It can even have lore explanation like, she's finally become friends with others and overcome her trauma and become stronger. Pls Hypogryph 🙏
So nice to hear russian VAs on both RU and EN voices. I'm tired of hearing non-russian speaking VAs struggling to pronounce russian words with thickest accent

In fact, just add Kjerag characters, honestly the event thread that has the most characters that could be potential operators, not to mention with the end of this event, it certainly set up for further events in that area, easily leading them to turn some of them into ops (esp. Ratatos and co., since she and her sister seem very interested in the outside world).
For reference, Thorns S3 gives +120 ATK and +50 ASPD. Honestly speaking Leto's +110 ATK and +35 ASPD (talent) isn't really that bad. Sure, Thorns does way better with his permanent skill and extra arts damage against armored enemies, but he's a 6* They're SUPPOSED to be stupid strong to please the people spending money
Aak S3 skill aslo gives +50 ASPD. IMHO the more interesting use is to buff Rosa by using Elysium and Leto. Instead the Aak buff, since you need a whole set of def buff squad to enable that. Rosa is both sniper and USSG. +35 and +28 ASPD buff.

Analyzing Leto in a vacuum doesn't do her justice. Due to her support nature, focusing on how her talent affects other USSG operators would have made this guide more comprehensive. For example, a 35 flat ASPD boost to Rosa is massive for her DPS. ASPD boost also benefits Gummy's Talent by in allowing her to roll for more stun chances.
I just built her anyways, for fun and built all ursus students for same reason. It is funny to listen cute anime girls speaking russian in whole fight. :) What really lacks, is a healer, if you only want to use that team.
As much as I like this character her skill design is not so great considering that all ursus student have different sp before it was ready making her skill 2 kinda finnicky if you want to activate all of their skills. If only they make some buffs to each other like how abyssal hunter does. Rosa already give atk buff and leto atk speed. Gummy give hp buff, zima reduces their DP cost not just from vanguard and istina could give fragile to enemy. Altough Leto talent increase the atk. spd. of Istina even further.
I consider her "all skills activated simultaneously" an underwhelming feature. Personally, I can activate my operators skill with almost no delay, and I consider that a bit of skill if we're talking in mobile gameplay. Though, character wise. I like her. I really like how this event is wholesome with funny interactions and turns of serious events.
Umm, sorry for out of context, but what do you think about using advance ai voices? For example, using amiya ai voice, dont get me wrong, i quite like your iconic google voices
Only build Leto if you're committed to the Ursus team. Otherwise, Lappland (silence & arts damage) and even Luo Xiaohei (SP battery) are more useful in the long run.

For me, EN voices of Ursus ops hurts my ears because some of the lines still contain russian words and non-russian speaking VAs horrible at pronouncing them. Leto is honestly… Dissapointing… A Defense focused lord guard? The entire idea of the range is to keep them safe as they deal damage… Plus her talent is worthless. In what situation are you going to pick Leto instead of Lappland or any other 5/6 star lord guard? USSG team overall is weak… Leto’s probably just going to be an operator I never build.
Who are these videos for? Free to play? Because i mean i started the game about 15 months ago and am in the phase of building of whoever i like. Am barely missing any ops aside from limiteds (mostly Sui siblings). Do people just hoard tf out of mats like there's going to be some scenario where they pull 8 six stars they don't have all at once? Or are there that many people out there that need their opinion given to them?
I don't know about you but as a new player I often run into his older videos after pulling them from a banner to see if I should build them or not, I don't have a lot of 6 stars for many archetype so having these opinions actually do help a lot. This video will probably be very helpful for future people who look it up.
I think of such videos as a convinient short summery of operator's capabilities with maybe some aditional info (well, it literally has "Review" in the title). Like, if you dont already have an operator then you can only get info on them from wiki or vids like this

But yeah you are right for sure. It is pretty much a review, i get that. I just despise the whole "If for whatever reason you decide to build her" rhetoric. Like if you're stupid enough to go against my advice and build this op.. the gamepress site is full of it too. When ironically enough, by far the best AK content out there and probably the only kind that isn't inherently negative, are the clears using these niche and looked down upon characters. Like welfare runs and 4 or 5 star only runs. The title of these vids fckng suck is what im getting at. Make up your own mind and build who you like. Too many people need told what to do and it's quite honestly sad.

Bear girls is weak team. So this fraction bonus is pretty pointless. You need some monstrous bonuses from fish girls team to bring weak operators.
