Loved this mani! What a nice touch adding those little pink dots made! I'm learning as much as I can about stamping before my 1st stamping plates arrive! New subscriber & fellow nail polish collector! ♥
Sooooo many great tips on stamping!!! Thanks so much Gena! Your natural nails are gorgeous!!! I do not like "nudes" either. I did purchase China Glaze's "What's She Dune?" If I don't stamp over it, I'll use Glitter Lambs, "A Twist of Galaxy." Nothing like some glitter topper to spruce up a nude polish! Lol Thanks so much for sharing this video on stamping!
MsTeachk25 Thank you!!! I wouldn't mind having that one for stamping and glitter topping. You are so right! Glitter makes the world better. Lol! Hugs! =)
My Mister calls it recycling a manicure when you wear something for a day or so then do something else to it and wear it a couple more days. It's his favorite. I try to do that often. Thanks for the great video.
Can't find anyone to answer my question - new to the stamping so bare with me. Do you need to use the gel/stamping polish on your nail and on the stamp? Or can you use regular polish (I noticed the Sally one for your nails was insta dry) and then you use the gel for the stamp. Ok and the uv led light dries the gel/stamping polish. Now can you put gel polish on your nail, dry and then use regular polish for the stamp? Thanks if anybody can help me out.
+Tracey Buckman Hi Tracey! There are many regular polishes you can use that work fine. The Sally Hansen Insta Dri polishes work great but you have to move very quickly. A great black is Milani High Speed Fast Dry in Black Swift. If you have some polishes that are a bit on the thick side, those work sometimes too. Metallic polishes too. Have fun!!
This was really helpful! I want to get into stamping, but I'm still doing the research first. Lots of people recommend Bundle Monster and Born Pretty. Whats your recommendation for a beginner? Love the tips for clean up and adding jewels!
PugsandPearls Thanks! I think Bundle Monster, Pueen, or Born Pretty would be perfect for beginners. The images are well etched. I think I have the most Bundle Monster in my collection. Love them. Thanks so much!! =)
Great video! I'm just getting started and this was really helpful! One question... does the acetone dry out the stamper heads? Do you need to do anything to maintain the softness? Like cuticle oil or Vaseline? I know you would have to clean it off before you use it... but between uses?
+blifnar5 Thanks!! I've never had a problem with the acetone drying my stamper heads out and I don't put anything on them. I've been using my fave, the black one, for years with no drying or cracking. Have fun and thanks for watching and commenting!! =)
Hi, I'm new to stamping and this was fantastic. One question--If you wanted another layer of the flowers in a different color on top of the light pink, could you add that second layer without top coating first?
i have nail stamper but its not working because my plates design are not that much deep so the stamper is not getting the design so what can i do plx tell me something for it
So I've tried it and it never works lol! I don't have stamping polish so I know that's like the main problem but are there any other common things people do wrong??
You can try buffing the stamp head, using Acetone, moving quickly, and you actually don't need stamping polish. You can use really any polish with high pigment. Pure Ice, Sally Hansen. Most dark colors that are one coaters work great. Hope these tips help! Thanks for watching and commenting! =)
I could NEVER get the design to pick up on the stamper! So is it because I was using that medal scraper that comes with the kit,or the wrong Polish? Because I was using whatever Polish I had on hand..thank you☺
+Esmeralda Leon what am use the alternate of stamper and scraper i have plates bt my Stamper and scraper not work is there any alternate of these things
I've been trying for a week to get a good stamp. After watching your video, I have two accent nails. Thanks, it was very helpful.

Tina Fitzpatrick I do that a lot too. Thank so much for watching and commenting! =)
I also do this! I get bored with the solid color after a few days so then I jazz it up with some designs. :)
It's a great way to get more mileage out of a manicure. TTYL, my friend.

Hi ! I work for VAGA , a really cool nail art brand, how can I reach you?
