Would you like to give me a solution to my problem : i live in morocco , I live in a very noisy district , and the youngs there are the main problem , cuz they always chose our house to sit next and being so f*cking loud , especially at midnight or dawn , and i can't sleep nor ask the cops or police to solve the issue , because they just say why would i waste my time on you ..
And the only solution was me fighting them , but im alone and they are almost a gang . I thought of doing something insane but it wasn't worth
So do you have any suggestions?

@@saitamaartist4972 Always stand up for what's yours, however you also have to be vigilant as anything can happen. Either buy sound proofing tiles, fight them, or see if you can make an amends. If all else fails, be stoic, don't listen to the distractions put your head down and focus. Wear earphones if you have to. But you choosing to focus while being distracted will not only increase discpline and focus but it will also give you wisdom and patience. All of these are masculine traits every man should have, all the best.

-getting up well rested (at least 7 hours of sleep) every day at the same time
-going out 10/15 minutes to take some light and sun
    -studying 60-90 minutes
    -breakfast and green tee/cofee
    studying other 60-90 minutes
    -gym

I'm not sure if he reads comments too often on here and I love what he's done for my life, but i'm gonna have to disagree with Part 3. As an Athlete that will play Basketball in University/College it is really important for me personally to get a quality meal before the day to build energy. Not cereal or anything like that but a healthy meal in the morning. I feel like fasting doesn't fit in my scheduled day especially when trying to bulk to a certain weight for a sport. Thank you for all you've done for me

Repeating something someone else said because it's worth saying for your improvement Hamza. The mic creates a bit of barrier between you and us, and you sit a bit further away than usual, creating distance and a barrier. You might want to go back with that. Banger studio though, and the audio is much better, but maybe place it somewhere so that it's not directly between you and your audience.
Anyway, banger video. The last point here is so true, I work so damn hard just because I won't allow myself to see my girl unless I've finished the work I need to do, and when I have finished it, it is so so good to get to spend time with her and just be present. Work hard as hell before you allow yourself to be with your girl, and when you're with her, be present and forget about work until it's time to actually work again.
And for the boys who are still looking for your girl, read The Way of The Superior Man, meditate, be present when you're around girls. I want to avoid the just be yourself advice because it's cliché and really just doesn't help anyone. Instead I'd say, let go. Just let go and relax. Don't take yourself too seriously. Not saying be a clown, respect yourself. But be open to making mistakes and making something fun out of it.
I want to expand on this idea more. Video coming soon. Stay strong brothers.

I understand it bro... But we need to focus on things that are more important for us, for example if the important thing for you now is school you don't have to do big things of self improvement, it takes a little habit so my advice is to keep up some good habits and get diligent with that ok bro? Like no fap, 5 min of meditation and 30 push ups every day and that I can say that would be an investment for times that you can spend more on self improvement.

Well then. I remember being in 2020 and watching you in your dressing gown. Not quite the videos I’m used to but… wow. Well done hamza. The quality in this video is amazing. The way you have learned to speak at a certain speed consistently is amazing. A lot has gone into your progress hamza and I’m not just proud of someone I look up to, I am grateful. Cheers bro.
Also one thing I’m starting to learn. After this long. Is that Adonis. Is not the perfect looking guy, he is just the guy who is his best self, no comparisons, no excuses, just his best self, his most masculine self, his most honest to himself version and he doesn’t allow negativity to enter his brain. He is the Adonis. The reason I’ve been skeptical but still kept trying and lost motivation is because I didn’t realise this, I would form a god complex for a short time and then realise again I am not perfect. I have been skepticla because I am a short skinny, bad postured very young looking 22 year old with cystic fibrosis and 39% lung function. Posture is that bad I can’t straighten back totally. But it could be worse. Anyways this would negatively impact me. And I’d crumble again slowly or fast I would still crumble. But now I know that nothing outside of me matters. It is me and me only, I compare myself to who I was yesterday, last week, 5 minutes ago! And I judge myself on my thoughts and not who I am as a person. That is where the growth is.

is it just me or these videos dont feel the same anymore
like the connection i used to make with hamza in the earlier videos was the sole reason i used ro watch him
but now since he has changed the style of recording videos it just feels like theres a barrier between the connection

Hey Hamza, I’m 13 and I really want to be an entrepreneur and all of that. I’m writing my daily plan right now and I’m going to work out right after this. Do you have any tips for teens like me who are still in school, busy, but want to get in good work each day to become successful? Thanks for the video! It helped a lot :)

    HEY HAMZA
"Thank you for sharing this opportunity. I appreciate the enthusiasm about building a strong team and learning valuable skills. However, the high price point might be a barrier for many individuals interested in joining. It would be great if there were options to make this opportunity more accessible, perhaps through different pricing tiers or payment plans. This could enable a wider range of people to benefit from your program. Wishing you success in your endeavor to empower others!"

The frog analogy is also about getting rid of preoccupation as quickly as possible. When preoccupied you are not effective and you lose a lot of energy just trying to push back the though until the deed is done. Been doing intermittent fasting for about 10 years, only hard thing is making muscular gains with one meal a day. The trick is to binge on your 0.7g/pound of protein in the evening. The fasting will keep you lean!
