    When I stopped eating after 6pm my insomnia is no longer in existence. And I'm losing weight( I do workout 5 days a week) But not sleeping right was affecting my gains. Not everyone can stop eating after 6pm, depends on lifestyle/work. But defo beneficial in so many ways. If you get hungry late drink water or herbal tea, I throw goji berries in my tea so that helps if you miss chewing something out of boredom. Breakfast time is earlier doing this and you get more excited at meal times😂 Eat 3 meals a day with snacks just stop by 6pm.

    I don’t believe this. I eat whenever I want. I just eat less,Or have I meal and small snacks. I am also nocturnal. Up all night. Always have been. I am at a healthy 130 pounds at 5’3 inches. I will be 51 on Jan 15 😊

      @@Roquea.207 me too! i eat late and been gaining weight like crazy and overall i only eat 2000-2200 calories, so its not the calories
